Great location with a nearby Musashi restaurant which serves great beef Don which has a long queue. Have to queue 30 mins before it opens. Near to Hakata station and convenient location. Serves free red wine and coffee too! :)

Good location with a decent room size. Very close to train station with 5 minutes walk. We had a good stay👍.

Breakfast was great, free one glass of wine per guess/night, room quite big enough to open my 2 29' luggage in the same time and still have a space to walk, free coffee and chocolate 24 hrs

Very near to hakata station. The room is quite spacious too for us to open 2 luggage.

This hotel offers excellent value for money compared to other options in the area. The room was clean, and well-equipped, Considering the size of the room and the location, the price is very reasonable.

Great location, but room is a bit small and squeezy. There's a massage chair in each room, which is rare though.

This was the second time I stay in here .. the first time was excellent so this time I chose again This time make time a little disappointed because of the service 1. According to the hotel cleaning policy, I placed the make up room card (orange) but when I come back… they just throw the rubbish and replace the towel and they did not tiny up the room 2 I request additional soft pillow but the staff just question me that your room have already four pillows ( two for each) .. I said that I can change from a hard one to soft one … make me feel I’m greedy and then I end the call.. later then another staff call me back that they are out of stock .. I think the communication skill is important.. if the staff just answer me that they are out of stock instead to question me my room already have two

Very close to subway, staff are nice, it would be better if a gym room is provided.

A great location with a decent sized room (compared to other similarly priced lodgings). We ended up leaving our bags at the hotel a couple of nights before checking in, and the staff was just absolutely accommodating and fulfilled all of our needs. The amenities ready at the front were also great, and the tea bags were for grabs which also I thought was a nice touch. It was a bummer we didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but we are definitely willing to come back to this location

Great location in the heart of hakata. Check in time suppose to be 2pm, but the room was only ready at 3pm. I have to wait in the lobby for a while.

A corner away from train station, less than 5 minutes walk to the JR station. Friendly staff, nice and clean room.

Hotel location is good. However, we could see hair of previous guests on the bedsheet and in the toilet. Also, the hotel staff is not attentive enough which is not same as other Japan hotel staff.
