Great location and near to many food and shopping areas. Highly recommended for staying in Fukuoka

Happy to stay in Best Western plus hotel for the spring festival, first time travel with my family in Japan, the room wa svery clean and comfortable and the location was very good, not far from the subway station.

Kind of far away from the nearest train station. Unlike other hotels in Japan, this hotel does not provide any mineral water, tea, coffee etc.

The staff very accommodating, polite and helpful throughout our entire stay. Even the room maid, she is friendly and politely. There are many restaurants on the street where the hotel is located, also the most closer metro station is Tenjin South. The location is very convenient. Overall, this is a nice hotel and our stay was enjoyable.

Great area. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Easy access to nakasu and tenjin area.

Excellent Location, very close to subway station and lots of restaurants nearby

I chose to stay with Best Western because I trust the international brand and its quality of service. With Japan's standard, the room is big in size, the beds and the pillows are comfortable for a good sleep, and the area for placing the suitcases is sufficient. Only two minor points to deduct, the location is a bit far from the train station exit and there is no elevator in the closest station exist. The hotel entrance is in a small street, it's difficult to locate it if you don't use google map.

Focus on cleanliness and location This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. While the hotel could benefit from a few more amenities, overall, it was a great stay.

New and clean. Easy to get to everything. Strongly recommend!

Very close to the main street and will come again next time

The hotel was clean but in front o elevator there is smoking are which led into Hotel Lobby and gave unpleasant environment. The front desk needs to improve in English skills. I had to repeat many time to communicate. The room cleaning service, they are not very through. It was like just chaining the towel and re-arranged the bed sheet. No vacuum. The room was very small. DO NOT GET FOOLED by the advertisement picture. IT'S SMALL, just barely enough one person to walk through to the bed and bathroom. Not worth the money.

Many restaurants nearby. Around 5 minutes walk to subway station and big department stores. Appears a popular hotel. Some customers could be quite noisy during late night but this is not the hotel's fault. Overall a good choice .

Worst stay in Japan. Heavily overpayed for what it was. Changed rooms three times because the first two were sincerely dirty. Third room was okayish but still damages, stained and strongly underwhelming for the price. No compensation, distanced service, no greetings when going in or out the hotel, extremely hot in the hallways; quite a disaster.

This hotel is quite close to the Tenjin station though you need to change train to reach to the airport. Lots of good places to eat around the hotel. Good and friendly staff.
