Hotel location too far away from town center, not very convenient. Hotel provides free drinks and hot spring bath available, facilities are good in here. However, upon late check in at around 11pm, no staff at the reception to serve us until we waited for 1 minute. Staff attitude was not friendly at all in the check in process, it felt like we were disturbing their rest time during the night shift period. Really bad check in experience gained at this hotel. Guest room was excellent with full height glasses, and the tatami style floor with Netflix TV satisfied us. Anyway, not going to visit again due to bad service experience.

while the hotel is nice and service is great but trip.com you guys messed up my reservation. i clearly entered tzu cheng lin and you guys entered tzu chien lin on my booking to the hotel. like ***, fortunately the hotel were lenient on this but if the hotel was strict, i’d have lost my booking. you should check whoever made my booking and have a long talk with him/her. i’d have to think long and hard the next time i even consider using your service again.

Located in literally the middle of nowhere? Near the sea and maybe many industrial places. Overall However the quality is fantastic. It's just hard ti get there, find taxis, and a long ride (40 minutes ish with bus) to the city center of Fukuoka.

Hotel is new but I rate 3 star for the location. It took us 20mins drive from Fukuoka center to the hotel. Don’t book it if you don’t have car. The rest was fantastic, especially the breakfast. 👍🏼the staff is very nice too.

Possibly the best hotel buffet spread in Fukuoka. Japanese dishes were exquisitely prepared & presented. 24/7 Trial supermarket is within 3 mins walking distance. Private onsen avail for 3,000 yen for 1 hour.

The hotel provides breakfast and dinner buffet at a reasonable price. Breakfast buffet is much better than dinner buffet as the food varieties are limited. It is a good choice to stay in this hotel if you drove and for relaxation.

11樓有免費咖啡，小孩也有浴衣，要check-in時問前台拿，10樓有免費雪條任吃，早餐也不錯，該有的都有，好適合家庭來。

酒店頂樓溫泉景觀一流. 早餐美味但如果重複每日地食就會有點悶。 所以如連續住多天的人留意唔好每天都食同一個早餐。 酒店有shuttle bus出地鐵站。 如果機場乘的士到此酒店應該大不用約五千日元。 房間可以有youtube 也有netflix 酒店都很新淨附近兩間有大型超市 前面五分鐘路程住宅區有四五間評很高的食肆 酒店側跟的小商場有canteen

舒服但偏遠，適合自驾。服務尚可，環境整潔但偏多韓國團，假日期間比較擠迫。
