Hotel JAL City Fukuoka Tenjin recensioner

Good location, good services and highly recommended for families and friends.

Standard room size of Japan hotel. We expected it to be a bit larger by looking at the pictures. Not quite recommended for travelling with baby as there is not enough space for the baby to move around. We have to open the 2 luggages at the corridor but have to move a bit for opening the door. However the hotel is new and with a convenient location at Tenjin. However, we cannot find a number to contact the front desk in the whole room. Whenever we need help, we have to go to the reception in person.

Very helpful front desk staff. Good location not too overly busy and noisy like Hakata. Will definitely come back for my next Fukuoka visit.

Location is really convenient, 3 mins walk to the subway. Room size is considered as rather comfortable in Japanese standard. Service is good , staff all speak good English. Helpful and polite.

Though location is 1 stop away from Tenjin, the train station entrance is just a few steps away. Easy access to amenities & eating places around the area.

Clean room, convenient location and great service. Room service is good and prompt, will come back and stay again! Room space is adequate as well

Prefect location, most of the staff are nice :) There is are 24hrs self service store. Added breakfast option on site, which was around 2,300/head. Breakfast was so-so. In general, it is a great and comfortable place to stay ;)

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Remember to use Exit 6 of the Akasaka Station for a lift to move the luggages. The hotel is a few minutes walk to station and about 10 mins walk to Tenjin.

The worst service in Japan so far. No matter how many time to press the calling button at the parking lot (at around 10pm) there was no body answering, it was not a one off issue but both nights I stayed. I requested for extra bottle of water and I was charged 100 yen per bottle. Location is also no ideal, it’s not far from the busy area but need to walk thru a quiet street, I could see some people outside the convenience store but those got drunk.

Good service for hotel and it is my second time to use this hotel. Good location and near the train station. Will perfer to my friend if they need to go there

first hotel we arrived at, parking was full when we arrived at night, but the lady let us know a carpark lot was diagonally opposite the hotel, so it was convenient. the was one problem, which was the wifi was very very slow.... not sure why .... but maybe during peak hours 10:00-12:00pm it was nearly unusable.

Really nice hotel in Fukuoka. High CP value. What I really like it that they are close to Akasaka station. You can take the stairs from Exit 3 which will lead you straight to the hotel or lift Exit 6 if you have some heavy luggage, you just need to cross the road and you'll be there. I just hope there was something to celebrate my birthday but that's just some personal touch to it so it shouldn't affect the rating for the hotel itself.

Both me and my hubby like this hotel very much. It is so convenient cos it just next to the train station. The staff in the hotel are very nice. Even the room is very very big but it got everything u need. I am sure will stay here again for the next trip to fokuka.
