Sutton Hotel Hakata City recensioner

Convenient transportation (apox. 850m. from Hakata station). The room is big and huge bathtub.

The hotel is near the central station, walking distance. The room is clean and nice. The only complaint is way too hot in the room and you can’t adjust temperature as it’s controlled centrally and you can’t open the window either, so I ended sweating for 2 nights 🤭 at least it had a good size bathtub to relax. The bed also very hard. Wasn’t the best sleep.

Near the hakata JR station. Although it is old stylish, the cleaness is Ok.

The room is spacious with a large bathroom area. The breakfast is delicious and feels like eating in a restaurant.

The room is super hot, couldnt sleep well in the stuffy room even with the window is open.

Room was a bit too warm for us, otherwise we are very happy with the stay. It's our second time staying at this hotel and the location was really good for tourists.

Great location, a nearby station easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was terrific, they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, I had a wonderful experience at the Sutton Hotel Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- into the cleaning staff was delightful and eager to help! Thank you! I will recommend it to my colleagues and family. The hotel is well-maintained. I have stayed at dozens of hotels in Fukuoka but this was one of the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Everything was great at this hotel, especially hospitality.

Great location as it’s very close to the coach station and just a food step to the mall. The room is a bit old but still in good condition. The hot spring is prefect but not very big. The outdoor one is quite small and only good for maximum 4 persons.

good location, 5 minutes walk to hakata station and can move around by bus will a bus stop just outside the hotel. room size reasonable but there is,no smoking room in the hotel and one has to stand outside hotel for smoking

Rooms quite big and clean. Walking round 10min reach Metro Station

Tg e hotel is a but old and they are still using the key instead of room card, it takes around 8mins walk from the station, but there is a bus stop just in front of the door. If you want to have an extra pillow, you have to pay extra money for that. The room rate is cheap but I may stay at other hotel next time.

Good location near JR Station and Subway station can go to many places in Hakata
