Miyako Hotel Hakata recensioner

We recently had the displeasure of being placed in a room where the bathroom tile/tub were infested with mold. I travel a great deal for work, so I spend a lot of time in hotels in most cases I usually don’t have any issues. It’s absurd that this 4 star hotel placed us in a room where you can’t even take a shower in. When I reported the discusting mold situation, hotel management asked me to take a shower in the public bath on top floor.

The location is very convenient. The room is spacey. The service is perfect with a smile.

Good room service and helpful customer services. They helped to order Omakase for us for local Japanese restaurant. Welcome drink good quality. Spa good hygiene with supply of towels, no need to use room towels which earned high satisfaction. However, set breakfast rather than buffet breakfast which was beyond our expectations. 4 set breakfast not much choices during our 7 days stay in hotel. Food left behind most of time due to over size or food not fit the taste. Always food wasting occurred for customers. Will not choose this hotel again if still set breakfast. Anyway Miyako Hotel still earns high rating overall and will be suggested to our friends.

We stayed for 4 nights there. The Hotel's location is good closed to the Railway Station. However, there is limited dining facilities in the hotel and the indoor pool is a little bit small.

They’ve a tiny pool with a jacuzzi on the rooftop Changing room & sauna room on the top floor Good thing is the pool closes at Midnight & the changing room facilities closes at 0100 hrs so hotel guests can make use of these facilities

Excellent hotel at great location. Direct connect to train station. Amazing pool and onsen with stunning view

Great location. Friendly to family with kids. Staff are friendly. Breakfast are nice.

Location is excellent & convenient. You can easily access to the subway station at B1 especially on a rainy day. Lot of restaurants around the area. Service is good & the front desk staffs are very helpful, can speak fluent English.

An excellent example of Japanese hospitality. Location is great across the road from the Hakata station connected conveniently via the basement 1 underpass. Though if you need to use a wheelchair and weather permits its more efficient to cross tge surface road as the lift is small and no priority for wheelchair users so you will compete with travellers with their bags.  The restaurant at the level 13 is worth a visit if you do not want to check out the multitudes of options in the Hakata station

A great staying experiences! Good breakfast and welcome drinks! Highly recommend.

Clean hotel room and prime location

The hotel’s location is unbeatable. But the hotel room is very small. And the public hot tub is also very small. The value is not as high. The breakfast was so far so good.

Too good a hotel. Situated at a superb location just a 120m walk from Hakata station, there is event a private hotel entrance from McDonald’s.
