Good location and nice staff, helped us a lot! I will introduce the hotel to my friends. Good stay here!

I booked this hotel for the first 2 nights and last night of the trip. The room for first 2 nights was fine, hygiene is ok. But then for the last night, the room was full of the smell of cigarettes, but it is a non-smoking room. I did not report the situation to front desk as I was just staying for 1 last night of the trip, so don’t wanna bother to change room. Except the above, everything was great, the staffs were very friendly and responsive, also able to communicate in English. Location is amazing, no matter food or shopping, everything is just downstairs.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic especially the location! It would be perfect if the amenities variety and flexibility in providing more bottled water can be improved.

Great location by foot to shopping/restaurant/cafe/gachapon/Subway/Tenjin underground/Donki/blue bottle cafe/ and more! Receptions staffs are helpful 👍🏼 3 famous Ramen’s restaurants - Ichiran/ShinShin inside Parco B2/久留米大石碗are just walking distance.

Worst check-in of my life – discriminatory staff & shabby hotel I have stayed in Japan five times and have always praised Japanese hospitality. Sadly, Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Fukuoka (staff Hakatsu & Hamada) destroyed that image in minutes. Extorted extra money at check-in. I had already paid for the extra guest through the booking site. Instead of checking their own system, both clerks repeated like parrots, “Pay first or no room key,” refusing any explanation. It felt like a threat. Open hostility & anti-Korean attitude. Their faces were twisted in annoyance from the moment they heard my accent. Not one apology, not one attempt to clarify. Unsafe, rundown property. The hotel sits inside an old shopping mall. At night the ground floor is dark, with drunks and loitering teenagers. Hall carpets are stained; our room carpet still had hair on it. For a rate higher than many better hotels in Fukuoka, this felt closer to a neglected hostel. No real “weather-proof” benefit. Advertised indoor access to Solaria Plaza is useless unless it is pouring rain—and even then you drag luggage over bumpy, worn carpet. After hundreds of hotels worldwide, this was by far the most disrespectful welcome I have ever received. I will avoid this chain and advise other travelers—especially Korean guests—to stay elsewhere.

Best location for Tenjin. Cleaning is okay but can be better since there is a permanent stain in toilet. The maid should have used special chemical for deep-cleaning. Services of staff are great. They all are helpful and kind.

Location is really good. Convenience for transportation, shopping and dining. Hotel room is spacious and hygienic. Highly recommendation and surely will stay next time.

Everything is good. Very convenient location. Room is spacious and clean. Good view from our window 15F. Bathroom is nice and bright and spacious. Will definitely stay here again.

Convenient and comfortable hotel. Location is excellent with access to 3 train stations within minutes of walking and plenty of malls and convenience stores. Highly recommended for those who are looking for somewhere to stay to explore Fukuoka city!

The location of this hotel is very convenience. Easy to go to airport and everywhere. There are Family Mart just across the road. And all the famous shopping mall like Daimaru, Mitsubishi are just across the road! Food is everywhere! Great location!
