The hotel is clean near to the park, city center and public station You can easy reach most of the attraction of the city.

it is a bit far away from the main area but not that bad. a bit old but ok for the price.

Business-oriented hotel, close to metro and the huge park, restaurants and convenience stores nearby, economic choice for travelers, no complaints

Nearby starting point of marathon. Nice location

The room is mediocre in condition, and it's old, not so clean, the bed is so small, mentioned it's a queen bed, but looks like a small double bed which hardly sleeps 2 adults on it. The mattress is too soft and will easily get neck and back pain after sleeping on it. Moreover, the bathroom of our triple bedroom is so small, and honestly it's the smallest bathroom that I have seen after my 20th trips to Japan. We had a very hard time using this bathroom during our stay, which we need to squeeze thru the super tiny bathroom door to get in, and squeezing ourselves to sit down on the toilet bowl... And can't even move abit while standing on the bathtub for showers. The room is super small as well, there's no more room for us to move around inside our room after we have put our luggages on the floor and open it. Location wise, this hotel is not so convenient, as it's located far from the entrance of the metro station Akasaka. Also, there's no breakfasts provided even we want to pay them to get one. We won't stay again in this hotel during our future visits to Fukuoka.

The hotel is very clean and good accommodation. Free leave your luggage after checking out.

near to subway Akasaka station, Ohori park, other facilities. From Akasaka station, Tenjin and Nakasu are within 2 station.

Great for the price! The staff was very friendly and even carried our luggage to our room while we were away during check-in hours. The room isn't huge but has everything you need. Everything is a bit old but in great condition and clean. Location was perfect

The picture of this hotel is not as same as it real like. It’s not comfortable and the furniture is quite old.

Room may be small but is comfortable.. Location is good and staff is very helpful.

The most terrible hotel I ever stay. Horrible bed, carpet, furniture, I think it never upgrade since 80s.
