Good location Huge clean and recommended

The only thing good about it is cheap. The small towel was dirty when we first check in and we asked for a new one but they said they only provide one set and if it's dirty then they suggested us to wash it with the washing machine in the apartment. I had to do the pushback and said it was dirty before we checked in then they gave us a new set in the morning. It's really an unmanned apartment so expect your amenities to be delivered once a day in the morning. Also, for the slippers, it's paper thin and they don't give out new ones even though they break. We were there for 8 days and the slippers broke by the end of day 2. Since they only provide one set of slippers, we had to sort out the slipper part ourselves for the remaining stay. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay with a kitchen and washing machine and if you don't mind cleaning up the apartment thoroughly before staying there then this might be a place for you. If not, better look for another one.

Hotel is not faraway from subway! Hotel room is clean and view not bad!

spacious for 4 adults as there are 3 queen beds. still lots of space for us to keep luggages opened up throughout the stay. shower water pressure was good, there's heating for the toilet and kitchen sink as well. about 5-10 mins walk to Hakata station. free parking available even though it's first come first serve, but we didn't have trouble getting a parking lot throughout our stay. it's an unmanned hotel so check in/out is just using the tablet and self service. the only slight complain i have is that we booked for 14 nights so they should have planned for it and provided enough supplies (body soap, shampoo, garbage bag, tissues). however, i was able to get refills by emailing them. not sure how to use the tablet in the room to contact them, interface seems cumbersome.

Spacious apartment for family of 4 and convenient to stay together during trip instead of 2 hotel rooms.

The check-in system is not good. I completed the online check-in, but it still required me to check in again. This wasted about 30 minutes of my time and charged me twice..

Easy check in good experience

Location is convenient, clean , room is big for 3 people, if there is luggage storage service it will be perfect

The apartment is pretty spacious which is good for a group of friends or family. A 7-11 is located within a minute of walk which is very convenient in terms of getting groceries or supplies if needed. Given it’s unmanned, so guests will need to be mindful of the emails sent from the hotel service team which contained the check in information, nonetheless, I found the check in and out process quite smooth. Really enjoyed the stay and had a great time with my mates.

Location very near to hakatA, many parking if u are driving to stay at here, no fan so you only can rely on aircon

Clean, spacious room. Love the kitchen and bathroom. Washer and dryer is available. Very convenient. The hotel will email out the door entrance code and check-in ID one day in advance. Check-in and check-out on the tablet in the unstaffed lobby was easy. Free paking lot. 7-11 and Family mart are within walking distance. Good location. Walking distance to Kushida shrine, Canal City Hakata, etc. Highly recommend esp for families.
