Staying here while i do my NWAS training, the staff are so lovely and will go out of their way to do everything they possibly can for you. I’ve felt 100% safe here which is more than what I can say about other hotels in preston. I can’t fault a single member of staff, nothing is ever too much for them. Would 100% recommend staying here to other people. KELLY and MADDY have made me feel so at ease from the minute I got here. The rooms are also very clean and the beds are super comfy.

We stayed for 3 nights and none of us hardly slept due to the ridiculous heat in the room, we were provided with a fan that just blew hot air around the room and didn't cool at all, I had been to the hairdressers prior to arriving, but was a complete waste of time and money as by morning my hair was dripping wet from the excessive heat. We left the windows open but because there were only the big thick curtains and no net curtains up at the window we had close them. As we were on the ground floor and everyone walking past could see in the room with the curtains open. Due to no air conditioning we unfortunately will not be returning to this hotel, which is a shame as its very near to an event we go to every year and usually stay for 3-4 nights, so we will have to look for an alternative accommodation for our next visit. During our very hot 3 day stay, there was no cold drinks available in the vending machine either, which made our stay and experience even more uncomfortable for me my husband and 2 children. We asked the man on reception who told us that there was no way of him filling it up, as it belongs to an outside company. With the bar closed at this point, my Husband had to walk 10 mins down the road just to get us all some drinks. Which we found very annoying as we had no where to keep drinks cold. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, I really felt for all the staff having to work so hard in that building as it is like an oven, and in desperate need of air conditioning.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ Amazing Staff Let Down by Tired Facilities I’ve been staying at this hotel on and off for the past 18 months, primarily due to its convenient location near Longridge. The only reason I’ve kept returning is because of the exceptional staff. Jayne, Kelly, Eliana, Maddie, and Kanye have all been consistently amazing – warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Their service is the backbone of this place and deserves real recognition. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the hotel itself. It’s clear that the directors or owners are far more focused on profits, shares, and stock returns than guest experience. The building is long overdue some serious TLC. There’s no air conditioning, the WiFi is patchy at best, the TVs are outdated, and the mattresses have seen far better days. Even the lack of EV charging stations speaks volumes about how little reinvestment is being made in keeping up with modern expectations. This could be a fantastic hotel if it was simply brought into the 21st century. But instead, it’s relying on location and excellent staff to paper over what are now glaring cracks. To the management: start reinvesting in your property – your staff are doing their part, now do yours.

Saturday 28th June From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a fab, cheery welcome that really set the tone for our stay. The room was spotless – clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. We dined in the on-site restaurant and were blown away by the food – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. A special shoutout to Kanye and Jane, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Their service was brilliant – friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. All in all, a great stay. We’ll definitely be back.!

Very short staffed, one person doing check in for rooms, check in for restaurant and serving tables. Food incredibly slow, over an hour for starters then 30 minutes more for mains. Breakfast was just as bad. When asked why a poached egg was taking more than 40 minutes, we were told some else had ordered before us. Do only one order at at time? One large, one small towel for two people. Road noise bad and room was extremely hot so needed window open. This is the second occasion in a year for us so will give it a miss next time even though staff were exceptionally kind and friendly.

Hotel needs upgrading. Room above, sqeaky floorboards, with occupants above on the move from before 6am Restaurant had many dirty plates and glasses on bar and offered wet menus from bar. Not up to normal experience from a Premier Inn

Arriving to a room that hadn't been cleaned is a new low even for a budget hotel. With no room for exaggeration. Ripped bed cover, no curtains, soap sud splashed mirror and excrement still visible in the toilet pan. I paid extra five pounds fro "better WIFI" that took a half hour to fix under the supervision of the nice staff present. Only saving grace was the nice lady at reception. Dasha was so helpful, patient and ended up providing complimentary food. This was of course not required as the image of this hotel is now tampered. I would never stay here agian. Not just this M6 location but any of this chain. We can always forgive one or two blemishes, but to have dirty toilet, no curtains etc is beyond a joke. Thank god for good staff. Cleaning staff omitted from that OFC.
