⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ Amazing Staff Let Down by Tired Facilities I’ve been staying at this hotel on and off for the past 18 months, primarily due to its convenient location near Longridge. The only reason I’ve kept returning is because of the exceptional staff. Jayne, Kelly, Eliana, Maddie, and Kanye have all been consistently amazing – warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Their service is the backbone of this place and deserves real recognition. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the hotel itself. It’s clear that the directors or owners are far more focused on profits, shares, and stock returns than guest experience. The building is long overdue some serious TLC. There’s no air conditioning, the WiFi is patchy at best, the TVs are outdated, and the mattresses have seen far better days. Even the lack of EV charging stations speaks volumes about how little reinvestment is being made in keeping up with modern expectations. This could be a fantastic hotel if it was simply brought into the 21st century. But instead, it’s relying on location and excellent staff to paper over what are now glaring cracks. To the management: start reinvesting in your property – your staff are doing their part, now do yours.
