A very simple, modest and old hotel that has been in need of repair and replacement of equipment for a long time. The rooms facing the street do not have balconies and cars with goods for the store are unloaded early in the morning under the windows of the hotel. The rooms facing the courtyard have balconies, but this is the sunny side (and there are no air conditioners in the windows) and there is a constant hum of ventilation. A very, very simple breakfast and bad coffee.

Good hotel. Very old. The room key is very big.

The service was good in this Hotel. Everything as expected. I also enjoyed the food in the Breakfast (with lots of options in there).

I’m sure this review will be biased as I never actually made it into the hotel. On arrival was treated by a number of guests who had also had their rooms double booked. This wouldn’t be the end of the world but this was at 23:00 at night. Despite saying that the taxi to the new accommodation would be there shortly it took until 00:30 to arrive. The new accommodation was excellent however the terrible planing and service does not make up for it

I was told to move to Windsor crossed the road, its a better facilitated hotel and great location. Food at the restaurant was great.

There isn’t Wi-Fi in the room.

Bardzo miły hotel na starym mieście. Sympatyczna obsługa i super widoki z basenu.

Bem localizado. Precisa de obras Camas demasiado pequenas e duras. Almofadas são péssimas. Chuveiro demasiado antigo e com pouca pressão.

Прекрасное месторасположение.Приветливый персонал.В целом очень даже неплохие завтраки.Хороший номер.В целом все было супер и я рекомендую этот отель,если рассматривать бюджетный вариант отдыха на Мадейре.

Hotel przestarzały. Wymaga remontu. Najgorsze jest brak klimatyzacji. Duży plus za lokalizacje. Wszędzie blisko. Drzwi obok dobrze zaopatrzony market
