Shin Furano Prince Hotel recensioner

This hotel is quite of many years but surprisingly very clean, neat & tidy. Very well maintain. I chose a moutain view and it was stunning unblock sunrise view at 5am +-. The whole mountain stretch are the famous mountains which of central of the whole Hokkaido. People are very nice but English language not as expected. About only half of their people speak well. As it's end season hence we only left with 1 slope for ski. We only able to dine in Shin Prince Hotel while staying. Quite pricy within the hotel. But food are super fresh & tasty. They maintain small serving to uphold the freshness. I love the mini ramen during the buffet dinner very much. The spread might seem minimal, but very fulfilling. The Ningle Terrace is such an iconic, romantic & amazing place especially for photos & video. Never did I realise that one of my friend's wedding photos were taken over there. Very memorable.

Cozy place and good for ski-in-ski-out! However, the location was a bit far if you are not plan to drive.

The hotel is ski resort with some spot, crowded. The room is a bit old but comfortable, pillows is too soft for me. The onsen is additional fee, 800¥. The breakfast is great, there are ikura, breads and speaking wine!

Service: so far so good. Location: ski in ski out hotel. Location was good Buffet restaurant was good. Don’t bother to pay and try other restaurants apart from buffet!

The hotel is very very well situated right at the foot of the ski resort pistes. Ski in ski out (if there is enough snow). It is however quite dated in its design and the rooms come with only the basic essential facilities (by no means luxurious). It is clean and well maintained though. Service wise, check in took some time even in low season. Not all staff understand english, even those at front desk. The restaurants and breakfast is good. Very wide selection. We also enjoyed the onsen, however it would have been better with the view of nature. Ningle Terrace is beautiful at night in the winter season! All in all a good trip. The convenience and food makes up for everything.

Ski in ski out!! it only takes 1 minute walking from hotel room to the skiing resort.

Nice and clean!

If you don’t drive this hotel is out of the way. However it is located beside the Ningle Terrace and it has its own Onsen and huge convenience store. Overall it is a large hotel with good service

Tingle Terrace was just about 150 meters away. Though it was April, but skiing was still going on. Hotel room are a little on the old side. Plenty of outdoor parking as we were doing a self-drive. As usual, Japanese Staffs are so courteous.

The breakfast selection is great; do check their hot spring opening date or hour coz I read they would close for a few weeks in Nov 2024. I love the location of this hotel, Nigle Terrace is right there and it is easy to drive around to travel in Biei or Furano area. There is a hidden hiking trail behind the hotel, as you walk up the skiing trolley slope, it takes you to a Forrest area, so serene, very beautiful. We hike one hour going up then 1 hour walking down. You can walk another 3.5 hour to reach the top of the creek but we did not.
