Nice place to stay, comfortable villas, very good restaurant (don't miss it !) and great service (the owner stayed awake until our late arrival at 2 AM..., and they organized our breakfast in the villas because of leaving at 6 AM the day after). Our deception is about how the team took in consideration the loss of one night (and subsequent day...), because of an airplane strike. We fully understand that they have no legal obligation to reimburse the lost day of our 2 villas (800 €), and did not ask for this, but we did expect a kind gesture, to show that they acknowledge our deception of our shorter stay. 2400€ for a stay of 30 hours, it became a real luxury !! But no, even if they opened the door to a gesture, when we arrived, once we paid the restaurant, and left, they went into a "no reply" mode. A simple bottle of the excellent wine of Azores, offered during our dinner, would have shown their consideration, and we would have kept a great souvenir of this stay. But that seemed to be too expensive to them... Sad is the word that comes to my mind.
