For shared use: large garden 3'000 m2 with lawn and trees. Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: sauna (extra). Table tennis, table football, trampoline, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, grocery 800 m, bus stop "Fusch Mauthaus" 200 m, railway station "Bruck-Fusch Bahnhof" 9 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m, gondola lift 12 km, ski bus stop 800 m, sled run 5 km, cross country ski track 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zell am See/Kaprun 12 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Main road 30 m from the property. really ideal for a holiday stay with a large family. There is enough space for children (meadow), trampoline, table football, table tennis. Huge dining table, grill option. We enjoyed it all very much.

A beautifully situated holiday home, away from car traffic. The house has all the necessary equipment. The owner is very helpful, always available if needed. The sauna is a big plus.

In itself a reasonable house, kitchen large enough for a large group, could be a little cleaner in various places (spiders and dust). Price- quality ratio is not good, beds reasonable, kitchen upstairs not fully working, shower corner was replaced in the

We stayed in the house over New Year's Eve with 10 adults and 4 children and felt very comfortable. The common room was big enough to cook/eat/play together... The house is functionally equipped. We found the location very good. You are immediately in nat

Jacuzzi nicht mehr vorhanden. Für Kinder draußen nur ein Trampolin. Keine Feuerschale, ziemlich in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, müsste einiges grundsätzlich erneuert werden. Teilweise fallen Lattenroste raus, Türklinken ab… Nachdem einige Mängel erwähnt wur
