Front desk and all hotel staff are kind, wonderful and professional. The bathrooms in both rooms I staid in had issues (shower, bathtub).

前台小姐姐服務很好，笑容很甜，還給留早餐，很貼心，撫順的馬拉松辦的也不錯，還特意給延時退房。真的服務超好，而且房間很大，有兩個房間，還能看見渾河，很不錯，下次還會再來。

During my stay at Fushun Friendship Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall service experience. Over several days, the hotel demonstrated high standards across all aspects – service, dining, and ambiance – creating a consistently comfortable and reassuring environment. I look forward to the opportunity of staying here again in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The recent renovation has transformed the space into a sleek, modern haven. The design is stylish and fresh, with smart home features that made controlling lights, temperature, and more a breeze. The massive TV in the room was a standout, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a contemporary, tech-savvy hotel experience!

出差選這家太明智了！房間隔音效果絕佳，深夜處理工作完全不受干擾，辦公桌寬敞且充電口遍佈，電腦、手機同時充毫無壓力。早餐7點準時供應，趕早班機也能吃上熱乎的粥和雞蛋，前台幫忙打印文件速度超快。地理位置離公交站步行3分鐘，周邊還有24小時便利店，商務黨真心推薦！

前台的服務真的是太棒了！從我們一進門，接待我們的每一位員工都面帶微笑，熱情地打招呼，讓人感覺特別温暖。他們不僅快速幫我們辦好了入住，還非常細心地詢問我們是否有特殊需求，並主動推薦了周邊的特色餐廳和遊玩攻略。離開時，還貼心地提醒我們路上注意安全。這種發自內心的熱情和關懷，是這家酒店最寶貴的財富，絕對值得五星好評！

老賓館 但房間不錯 位置優越 問題是前台服務員説素質差呢 不太準確 應該是不專業吧 我開車去的 接待的時候我説過明天一早走 你給我安排到新婚家人的房間旁邊 你知道明天我需要長途開車 你也知道結婚的幫忙的晚上事情多亂 就這樣安排房間對嗎 當天這麼多空房間不安排 結果是晚上一兩點就開始了 那幫人大聲吆喝着 一夜未眠 我看了一下原來的評論 我還不是第一個這樣的情況 雖然你可能是鐵飯碗 但你也沒有權利把一個酒店的顧客永遠拒之門外吧 沒有管理你的領導嗎

房間舒適度極高，傳聞是溥儀曾經住過的房間，隔音效果非常好，我自己説話都聽不見，魯迅的從百草園到三味書屋中的三味書屋指的就是它，讓我回憶起當時在課堂上睡覺的日子。

特別好！！！！酒店位置絕佳，對面就是百貨大樓！樓下停車位公交啥都有，好吃的都在這裏！衞生很好很乾凈，從大堂到房間到餐廳都非常乾淨明亮的感覺，很新的感覺！很高檔了！早餐也特別豐富！有炒麪炒飯麪包粥，強烈推薦那個豆漿，簡直太好喝了！！！強烈好評！！！
