Park Hyatt Changbaishan

It was my first time staying at Park Hyatt Changbaishan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The butler service was truly exceptional, and a special shoutout to Romy, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was incredibly caring and thoughtful, helping us arrange transport and even assisting with sending a parcel back to Malaysia. We were here for a birthday celebration, and she surprised us with a free room upgrade, which made the trip even more special. The food at the hotel was delicious and comforting, though we do hope for more variety in the future. The breathtaking views and the overall experience were perfect, and we can’t wait to return for another stay. One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if there were a map to make the area more tourist-friendly. There are many shops around the hotel, but we didn’t realize this until after skiing. A guide would make exploring the area much easier for guests. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand. The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable. Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes. Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!

這次本來衹打算在長白山待三天的，但是後來聽説柏悦17號之後就歇業了，果斷續住了一天，使得這次旅行更加充實了。酒店免費提供接送機服務，需要提前預約，很到位哈。酒店前台的Joy小姐姐從我們到店開始就一直為我們提供日常的一些生活服務，讓我們覺得非常温暖哈。最後一天剛好趕上了長白山下雪，中午起來，酒店就披上了一層厚厚的“白衣”，被白雪籠罩的柏悦酒店就顯得更加浪漫温情了哈。酒店的木屋下午茶也非常有特色哦，可以去嘗試一下嘿嘿。

訂酒店前還糾結了一下，因為看評論説還沒有凱悦好，無論從滑雪便捷程度到設施及服務。但是入住體驗後，還是不後悔的，除了酒店設施比較陳舊，整體挺滿意，包括衞生、服務都很主動到位。也許是淡季或者有所改進吧，打掃也挺勤，設施問題一個電話兩分鐘到位解決。 滑雪其實也挺方便，柏悦有自己的滑雪屋，裝備比較新一些，因為也去了小鎮租借對比，初級雪道從主樓走幾步台階也到了，就是衹有一截魔毯的長度且沒那麼寬，但是勝在人少，去高級道就需要走一小段路下去或者從小閘門進入初級道滑下去。週六當晚有煙花及銀蛇滑行表演活動這個也有提醒到位，很精彩沒有錯過。 Joy Winne辦理的退房，有詢問是否滿意，我當時沒起來，整體還是不錯的。不過後來想起來就是有些權益問題沒落實到細節，想體驗那個雪圈來着，但是因為行程安排想把體驗時間排到週一上午，結果那裡已經被推平了有點可惜。滑雪夜場也是，記得好像就週六晚上最後一場，🥹直接刷纜車用完了，結果週日才是末場。 過來主要是為了滑雪的，還有體驗了漂流，所以也沒體驗温泉水樂園，遊玩項目還是挺豐富，非常適合親子。

長白山柏悦酒店無疑是我近期入住體驗中最令人難忘的一家酒店。從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就被其獨特的氛圍所吸引。酒店的設計將現代奢華與自然元素完美融合，整體裝潢簡約大氣又不失細節，很有靜謐的氛圍，讓人瞬間感受到度假隱居的寧靜。以及酒店特色的泳池和户外泡池也佈局十分合理，住在主樓穿個拖鞋坐電梯下樓5min就能走到，而且基本碰不上其他住店客人，簡直就是i人天堂。 房間的佈置同樣令人驚艷，寬敞的空間、舒適的床品以及高品質的設施，無一不體現出酒店的用心。最讓我印象深刻的是房間的陽台，清晨拉開窗簾，長白山的日出美景彷彿觸手可及，讓人心曠神怡。 酒店的服務更是無可挑剔。每一位工作人員都面帶微笑，熱情周到。尤其是前台Cecelia和禮賓部的小磊🥹🥹！！！Cecelia從入住時的細緻介紹到離店時的貼心送別，以及禮賓部的小磊，入住這幾天大大小小的出行以及遊玩都是他幫忙安排的，很輕鬆地玩遍了附近的娛樂項目，讓人感受到賓至如歸的温暖。 餐飲方面，酒店的餐廳同樣令人驚喜。早餐種類豐富，既有中式傳統美食，也有西式經典菜餚，食材新鮮，口味一流。特別推薦他們的本地特色菜，將長白山地區的風味與現代烹飪技藝結合，每一道菜都讓人回味無窮。悦廳的中餐也十分不錯，雖然價格比鎮上的東北菜館貴了點但是勝在出品十分在線，很正宗很好吃的東北菜，餐廳的氛圍十分優雅浪漫，坐在大落地窗邊看着窗外的雪景搭配精緻的菜品，堪稱一場味覺與視覺的雙重盛宴。 總之，長白山柏悦酒店無論是服務、裝潢還是餐飲，都達到了極高的水準，是一次無可挑剔的入住體驗。如果你計劃來長白山旅行，這裏絕對是你的不二之選！！真的十分推薦年輕人出行！！！！
