Located at the far end of the sprawling Wanda complex, it contains its own in-house hot spring complex which is perfect for soaking after a hard day of skiing

Facility is abit old and suffer a cut while using their bathroom tub edge with hardened silicon seal. Informed counter and manager was there to provide a remedy to the issue by providing simple 1st aid. Manager suggested to change room the next day if it is available but no reply after that. Couldn’t enjoy the facilities that come with the room but was charge premium. Breakfast was decent.

Room is adequate and clean. Free airport transfer is a plus. Has free entrance to hot spring which is located at the lobby.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in the North-Eastern part of China. Room is spacious, comes with 2 bathrooms. Suitable for families. Service is excellent, breakfast spread is generous. Surrounded by international cuisines and just a few minutes walk to the ski slopes. Love that the room came with hot spring bathtub!

most affordable option within the entire ski resort, located at the end of the resort but the resort isn't very big so walking a few mins more is perfectly fine. Very nice and comfortable, ski passes for each night of stay, access to the hotel's own hot spring (i believe it is the only hotel in the resort with this), buffet breakfasts, and free airport pick-up/drop-offs make this hotel a very good value stay!

酒店位置很不錯，位於度假區大門口大劇場旁，商業街幾步就到。對面就是哇塞湖的遊玩項目。酒店自帶温泉，我們每次都傍晚去玩，湯池基本都很空，避開了晚上泡澡高峯下餃子的不適體驗感。購買的套餐包含了徵西滑道纜車纜車和水上項目，孩子們玩的很開心。提供了去西坡集散中心的來回大巴和送機服務，全家一致滿意，下次有機會我們還會光臨的

漢拿山酒店是有温泉的，住在這酒店洗温泉比較方便。可能房間就比較少。萬達度假區還有滑道和纜車等，在入住套票裏，單前台人員對這些東西根本就不明白。度假區內，吃飯各種各樣都，有比較全。纜車到山上去看周邊風光也很好，但滑到組織的很差，需要在三個不同的地方分別排隊半小時，也就是説要排隊一個半到2小時，工作人員看着衹是熬上班時間就行，也不希望提高效率。

酒店服務非常好，尤其前台耿翠翠服務員，有問必答，解釋非常詳盡，房間寬敞大氣，床上用品和床墊非常好，酒店自帶室內室外温泉，住客可以不限次數進出，對於緩解爬天池後肌肉痠痛非常有效，酒店餐廳也很好，住客有9折，比酒店外面餐廳實惠，去天池西景區也有定點免費班車接送，去長白山機場也有定點班車接送，不過去西景區的時間固定，所以去西景區最好定10點以前的門票，要不然趕不上下午4點的回程班車，值得推薦

設施：設施相對來説有點舊，但是看裝修之前也是按高標準裝修的，還是能看出檔次的。床超級軟，很舒服。位置很好，離園區各個消費地點很近，不需要租車子。 衞生：衞生很不錯，更換洗漱用品很及時，水是無限供應的，長白山的水真的很好喝。 環境：萬達裏面這家算比較便宜的，定酒店的時候還比較忐忑，但是超出預期了，因為酒店自有温泉，泡温泉特別方便，園區裏所有酒店的温泉原來都是從這家酒店泡，看人家拿着大包小包來泡温泉的時候，住在這裏特有有優越感，穿着睡袍下樓泡就行。

房間很大，房型特別好，安靜 兩室兩位一客廳，住着很舒服，適合一家人來度假，服務非常好，前台小哥很用心，温泉很乾凈，水每天換，是天然温泉，還送了一份小孩早餐，服務非常好，酒店位置也很好，吃住出行都方便，很滿意
