We had a pleasant stay in the hotel. Convenient location, clean spacious room with a nice 😊 view. Friendly and efficient staff👍🏻😍

Breakfast was great at the horizon club house. Good variety to select. Staff at the check in reception was friendly and efficient.

Comfortable room, quiet air conditioner, amenities are good, maybe many people during the CNY holidays, many guests waiting for a seat for breakfast, but it’s resolved very soon. Good locations for shopping

Excellent service from every single staff interaction we had, especially at horizon club - exactly what you'd expect from a Shangri-la property. Room was clean and comfy with their generous pillow selection. Lobby is currently decked out in festive cheer and looks fantastic. My slight disappointment was with the food - Horizon club food felt a bit lacking in selection and quality (sandwiches and pastries tasted a bit stale), especially compared to the Hong Kong Shangs. Breakfast quality and spread was definitely a bit lacklustre.

The room I was given was odd shape though the view is great. The furnitures are dated and need to be replaced.

Hotel Futian Shangri-La is a palace hotel. I liked everything about it: the cozy room, the breakfast, the swimming pool and gym, the elegant and discreet luxury atmosphere. Great staff! Unfortunately, no rooftop bar so far but I heard they plan to have one soon.

We are very happy with our stay. The room was high floor, spacious and new and has marvelous view. We can see the light show on the buildings at night. Special thanks to Paul Wong for arranging such a lovely room for us.

It was the worst experience staying at Shangri-La due to the delay in check -in and interruption to our itinerary. The expected check-in time stated on the website is 2pm but the room was not made ready till 6:30 pm. The front desk didn’t call us when the room was made ready though he requested us to offer a local phone number. What kind of service from this 5-star hotel?

Room is spacious and with amazing view from high floor. Best location ever! Five mins walk from station to the hotel. Definitely coming back as long as I need to stay in SZ.
