Atour Hotel (Fuzhou Wursi Road Wenquan Park)

Extremely clean hotel (cleaner and higher standards than Australia) with all the modern amenities. We had buffet breakfast every day with a mixture of fresh cooked noodles, western and Asian food. A great mix of food which everyone can enjoy. The hotel provides endless premium tea and always on offer for  complementary and easily to take on the go. The staff are so kind, attentive, happy and willing to help with anything, even with my mandarin being very poor they were able to efficiently communicate with me. They even called my parents a free premium taxi. The bed was very comfortable with a great selection of pillow. I loved the pillows and slept well every night! Gym is good. The cleaners are very friendly and love to have a chat, they give you new  amenities every day. Very central, lots of shops around and right next to a beautiful massive park. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world, and this is one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at. I can’t speak highly enough regarding the front desk staff. I encourage everyone to stay, and this is a very welcoming hotel for westerns also. Thank you for having me and my parents. We will be back very soon, I miss this hotel already and the amazing staff.

The hotel is brand new, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Would appreciate more variety in the breakfast options.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great location with shops. It is definitely a great place to stay for families even with young children. Opposite is a park for you to extend your legs after a meal but also less than 2 km you are in the center of a busy restaurant and shopping areas. Every staff members deserves 5 stars!

Very pleasant stay. Nothing over-promised, was able to do a late checkout without complications, and even got a small gift after checkout:)

The hotel is new. I like the bedroom with decent mattress. I slept well during my stay.

Excellent service, receptionist Jing Xi was particularly good at making me feel at home. Ensured that everything was set on my trip (wifi, travel plans, cleanliness of room) and even gave complementary breakfast too. Would definitely recommend 👍

Service is warm and helpful which is the highlight of this hotel.

Nice and fresh hotel. The check in took literally 1 minute. After checking out the receptionist asked me if I enjoyed my stay, which doesn’t usually happen at hotels here. There is a nice park right next to the hotel. My stay was very comfortable. I will stay here again.
