Booked 2 Family Rooms for 3 nights. Supposed to be on the 10 floor but was “upgraded” to 11 floor which has 4 rooms on that level. Rooms are new but just have to climb up 1 level by staircase. Bed are very comfortable. Daily fruits delivered to room (2 days apples with tomatoes and 1 day banana). No topping up of tea packs even though there is a tea set on the side table for u to make your tea. Location is excellent to nearby shopping areas. Next to underground metro and plenty of eateries under the link way. Tried the Buddha jump over the wall at level 3 restaurant which supposed to be the main creator for this dish. A bit pricey for the bigger 1 person portion (yuan 700plus) but worth a try. Other dishes was quite ordinary to me but it also depend on individual taste.

I checked in on the first day and it seemed all things were fine and I was a very careful and clean user of the hotel room but later I discovered some marks on the toilet floor that was not cleaned.

Sadly I had to give a 2 for cleanliness as there were mosquitos in the shower wall tiles everyday that I had stayed there.
The location was in the heart of the city where it is high end area with lots of designer shop.

Hotel service is excellent, the staff wrote a hand written note to welcome us as we can in. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful and had quite a good experience.
Room is clean, although the only problem is that the centralised aircon causes smoke from other rooms to enter our room when the aircon (cool/hot) is set. This is the only downside, perhaps the hotel could look into ensuring a full non-smoking level so as to reduce such cigarette smoke to affect the stay for non smokers.

Reasonable price for the location (eg. sanfangqixiang). Hotel looks relatively dated but still well maintained. Great breakfast buffet.

The location is super convenient and beside the metro. The mall is across the street and there is plenty of eateries around. Short walking distance to Sanfanqixiang. Room abit old and dated but acceptable due to location.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and perfect for my family of three, providing us with all the comfort we needed. Additionally, the location was excellent, offering great value for the price. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
