Contact less checking. For foreigners use phone to search in wechat and connect with owner. Beautiful syrrounding. Spacious apartment. Amazing views. Comfortable bed and fantastic aircon. Service 5 stars. Convenient location. Will stay again.

After staying in a stuffy and dirty hotel room our first night we ended finding this gem and booked for 2 nights. On our second night we found out there is a Shake Shack in MixC mall which was a blessing. Also, we love that they gave disposable towels. Would book again when visiting Fuzhou.

Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights stay. Rooms were clean with modern amenities. Bedsheets used were white in colour like normal hotels. Towels were disposable type. Overseas guests be warned that you need to get in touch with the rooms owner. Luckily for us we had Wechat. Our air transfer driver did assisted us by calling the owner on his phone. That was because your room number and at which floor with the door security key numbers as well as the room door code would be send to you. Secondly, once you gained entrance to your apartment unit, you needed to go up a flight of stairs (troublesome with luggage). Each apartment unit, the owner had converted to either 2 or 3 individual rooms. Location was near a lot of eateries and we even managed to have supper around midnight at one of the eateries inside the apartment complex. Also there were a number of convenience stores that opened till late or even 24 hours. There was a metro station within 15 minutes walk. One added bonus was that there was a washing machine inside the room Concluding, the owner should have sent the doors security codes to us via Trip.com to avoid the hustle in checking in

屋子十分温馨，很適合商旅，愜意又實在，打開，遠眺夜景，俯瞰日景。上次本來會立刻評價，被很多事耽擱了，這次重新預訂，想起來，趕緊好評個先！還有，老闆及工作人員風趣幽默但又兼備很棒的服務態度，深得我心！必須點個贊！

服務：房東的服務非常周到，在入住之前就已經提供了具體位置地點的導航路線。 衞生：衞生環境乾淨，洗手間還有一次性馬桶墊，毛巾浴巾也都是一次性的乾淨衞生。特別要點讚的是女朋友洗頭髮裏面還有護髮素。房東這些細節很到位。 設施：房間投影，洗衣機，冰箱什麼都有。交通方便，樓下吃喝玩樂都方便。

地點不好找，到了高德地圖上顯示的地方，覺得怪怪的，找電話過去才告訴我入住的房間，再加微信發房間號碼和密碼。 負責送物資的阿姨會很大力地拍門，我本來是在睡覺的，前一天晚上說要抽紙，也說了可以直接掛門口，結果還是拍門把我吵醒了。 而且其中一天晚上起床上廁所的時候，發現有蟑螂，最後我是自己把它打死了就算了。 還有就是花灑直接裂開了，我就拿著個花灑，它直接裂開，水管掉地上四處灑。我洗完澡馬上發微信說明情況，本來他是想馬上上來修的，但我看時間晚了也就說第二天中午再上來修吧。結果第二天上來修的阿姨修好以後，說了一句「你小心點用啊」，讓我感覺像是我故意把花灑弄爛的感覺，可能阿姨未必有這個意思吧，但給我的感覺就是態度不太好。 投屏也是一直不行，全部的影視程式都要VIP帳號才看得了，而酒店沒有提供，加上看的時候一直有芒果tv的投屏，懷疑是有人也連了這個投屏吧，反正就是看劇看到一半就一直被打斷。 隔音也一般，一直聽到樓上的人的腳步聲，尤其是走樓梯的聲音。 不過房間也是有優點的，空間對一個人來說還算大，有洗衣機，有晾衣服的地方，空調也很涼快，微信找酒店職員也算回得快，樓下也有很多餐廳，過個馬路就有電影院。

進去的時候拖鞋就這樣放着，床也跟剛睡過一樣，後面那張膜不知道為什麼不撕掉整個房間都很矮，進淋浴間都抬不起頭，而且房間在一個大套間裏還要爬樓梯上去

地理位置很好，各種美食齊全，最重要的是小姐姐幽默風趣，人特別的熱情隨和，我們睡過頭因為很多酒店到時間都會一直催退房，小姐姐説讓我們放心睡覺她從來不會催。以後還會經常來。

單間挺乾淨的。交通方便。樓下的飯特別好吃，樓下早餐也好吃。要是房間門有安全鎖就更好了。

挺好的 就是靠近街道難免早上會被車的聲音吵醒，然後早上的時候樓上走路聲音或者隔壁阿姨打掃衞生好明顯噠噠噠的 沐浴露洗髮露都是有牌子的 浴巾毛巾一次性的這兩點很好

房間乾淨整潔，第三次住了。離華潤萬象城很近，樓下有很多美食，早餐、午餐、晚餐、夜宵都輕鬆解決，以後還會來

位置就在福州大學東門附近，出行有公交，鳳凰池地鐵站也不遠，西禪寺步行就到 新裝修的房間，視野非常好 房內有洗衣機冰箱 可惜的是入住期間剛好樓上在裝修比較吵

整潔乾淨！舒適性價比高！住了一晚還是乾乾淨淨

浴巾一次性洗完要晾乾，廁所浴室連一塊，小，但是該有的都有，然後房間有蟑螂啊，醉了，福州的loft怎麼都有蟑螂
