做為攜程的金鑽貴賓,希望我的評論能幫助到許多想去馬爾代夫旅行的各位朋友。
這是我的第三次馬爾代夫之行,因為疫情的原因,所以對這次海島之行充滿期待。
首先吐槽一下攜程和酒店還有旅行代理這三者之間的關係:我的訂單分為兩個,第一個是沙屋,第二個是水屋,都是各住三天,因為工作的原因,當時抱着一絲絲憧憬和以上三者進行溝通,希望能取消最後兩天或者最後一天的住宿,來回溝通了好幾天,結果還是那個所有人都知道的結果,提前離開可以,可是房費是不可能退的,一分都不可能😄 好吧,只是純吐槽一下,希望大家旅行的時候妥善安排好時間,另外我特別想知道這個代理是個什麼神奇的所在,不但把錢掙了,還能做到各種服務都沒有,我也納悶,做為中國最大的在線旅遊服務供應商,攜程怎麼還能讓這種代理存在。Maybe I’m too young too simple.
疫情三年,攜程上關於馬爾代夫海島的各種評論已經消失不見,如果我能看到有和我一樣感受的人寫下的評論,我想我一定不會選擇去費爾蒙了。
一、你要有強大的耳膜以及抵禦噪音的能力,從馬累上島,要飛一個半小時的水上飛機,中間會經停某個島嶼。兩人來回水飛的價格是1336美金。
二、費爾蒙的早餐時間衹到10:30,當你聽到管家這麼通知的時候,你一定會翻白眼,因為國內所有五星級酒店在週末的時候早餐都會延長到11點,難道你去馬代不應該體驗比平時週末更好的服務?疫情之前去的安納塔拉Kihavah島,早餐一直延續到下午一點😂
三、島上有三家餐廳,常去的就是自助餐廳,為什麼早餐服務時間短,費爾蒙當然是希望大家都去吃午餐😄另外兩家餐廳分別是日式餐廳和西餐廳,島上餐飲水平如何?這麼説吧,在島上六天,只有去日式餐廳那天晚上,才算好好吃了一頓飯,當然不是餐廳的生魚片好吃,而是我們點的牛肉配的米飯感覺挺香🤭
PS:第二個訂單是含早晚餐的,如果你想住水屋,你就必須選早晚餐,再次吐槽神奇的代理,我甚至特別想@央視3.15以及工商和税務,請他們幫助消費者多瞭解一下這幫神奇的存在。
六天餐飲總花費2313.76美金。
四、費爾蒙的服務😄 我們先在沙屋住了三天,第一天剛到我就發現只有我們門口沒有自行車,催了三天還是沒有,等我們搬去水屋,才擁有了出行工具,也終於不用花漫長的時間去等島上的小車。搞笑的是第二天我的自行車在餐廳就被島上其他住客騎走了😂關鍵是車上還掛着房間門牌。
PS:費爾蒙做為雅高集團的高端品牌,在歐洲人的羣體中很有影響力,所以這個島95%的遊客都是歐洲各國人,我們遇見過兩對***,一對是意大利人,一對是英國人,還遇見了塞鐵兄弟😄,還有不遠萬里的南非白人。六天就見到一對來自重慶的年輕人,其它亞洲面孔就是千篇一律的韓國人了。
言歸正傳,島上的服務就不一一吐槽了,總之一言難盡,也許每個人的體驗也不一樣。
五、島上遊玩項目,我想大家應該最喜歡的是浮潛,但是這個島不適合浮潛,一是本身沒什麼魚,二是水深超過兩米,而且浪很大,我帶着朋友下水待了半分鐘就趕緊上來了。其它遊玩項目?我們就沒有詳細瞭解了,也許是沒有給管家200美金的小費,總之也沒人和我們介紹。
六、島上的沙灘屬於比較差的,沙礫石頭太多,拍拍照就好了。
總結:雖然有很多負面的情緒和經歷,不過這些都是浮雲,既來之則安之,我和朋友每天也高高興興的曬太陽聽歌(自帶小音箱)刷刷視頻,下午繼續游泳曬太陽,晚上去沙灘酒吧吹着海風喝點小酒,和***們吹吹牛,矯正一下西方媒體對他們的洗腦😂過的也挺開心的。
旅行就是一種心靈的體驗,愉悦自己才是最重要的。希望朋友們讀到這篇評論的時候,能或多或少對你們的馬代之行有所幫助。也希望你們能擁有一段美好的旅行。

Where do I even begin…what an amazing experience! I’ve always dreamt about going to the Maldives but the reality surpassed my expectations. Especially because I stayed at this amazing resort. First of all the staff! Everyone was so lovely, welcoming, friendly and ready to help in any way the can. Jinah especially, our villa host, was amazing, he took care of us everyday with so much hospitality and efficiency. Sometimes I felt bad for constantly sending him requests on WhatsApp but he would always respond so quickly and it never felt like a bother. We couldn’t thank him enough. Him along with Skyla were so lovely! Iris, Ali and Azutte at the dive centre were also amazing! We went fishing and jet skiing and both experiences were so much fun and so comfortable due to the care they gave. I loved how even the managers and the chefs interacted with the guests. Every night the head chef would come out to check if we’re happy with our meals and had any suggestions. The chef on the bbq every night was such a delight as well! The food was delicious and everyday we had so much to choose from, honestly the best ever! We went to the cocktail night hosted by the resort and managed to chat the staff. We had a great chat with one of the managers Fazeel and he even spoilt us with a bottle of champagne on our last day, and we saw him in Male as we were flying out and also spared us a few minutes to make sure we were happy with our experience. Not forgetting the service at the airport as well. We were always greeted by a staff member, who would help us with our luggage and help us through the checkouts. They had beautiful cars as well ready to chauffeur us between the airports. The overwater villa was beautiful! Loved the decor, the large tub, the private pool and the conscience of snorkelling in the lagoon. Saw so many beautiful fish. Loved the complementary bicycles that made it easy to commute around the island. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. Would highly recommend and I’m definitely booking again…top tier resort!

The staff are absolutely amazing, Jai, Jeet, Sumit and Iaah to name just a few went above and beyond. The food was fantastic. The island is beautiful but in need of some TLC for 5 star standards, this didn’t spoil anything just a recommendation to the new owners now it’s not a Fairmount hotel. I think they are making some improvements already. The water-sports are very expensive and we felt, that if they lowered the price more people would use them, we certainly would have and there’s six of us, you would make far more money, it’s not like we can’t afford it just nobody likes to feel ripped off! All in all we would go back and thank you for a lovely stay.

We had an unforgettable 7-night stay at Sirru Fen Fushi, and from the moment we arrived at Malé, the experience was seamless. Hotel staff greeted us warmly and provided a private car transfer to the seaplane terminal and the resort’s lounge. The seaplane journey itself was breathtaking, offering stunning views of the atolls, though it was hot as sun was shining in full. Upon arrival at the resort, we were welcomed with staff and swiftly escorted to our room by our dedicated butler, hassan, who gave us an excellent guide of the resort. Our stay began in a beautifully designed beach villa. The villa featured a spacious outdoor area with a private pool, open-air bath, outdoor shower, a sun canopy bed, and loungers, all with direct beach access. Watching sunsets from the villa was a truly magical experience. The dining options at the resort were exceptional. The themed buffets offered a variety of cuisines, with the standout being the Indian-themed breakfast, which changed daily. Fresh puris, dosas, and pav bhaji, masterfully prepared by Raju and his team, were among the best we’ve ever had. Evenings included a BBQ where the chefs prepared a range of dishes—beef, prawns, fish—cooked to perfection. Special mention must go to the friendly Egyptian chef, whose warm greetings always brightened our day. We also dined at Kata and Azure, two of the resort’s specialty restaurants, both of which offered exceptional culinary experiences. Later in our stay, we moved to an overwater ocean pool villa. This accommodation was equally stunning, featuring a large bathroom and an outdoor area with direct access to the ocean. From here, we were able to spot dolphins, baby sharks, a variety of marine life, and even eagle stingrays. The lifeguard in this area was especially kind, supportive, and helpful. Exploring the private lagoon island was a delight. The pristine beauty of the surroundings and the attentive, smiling staff made every moment memorable. Sirru Fen Fushi is truly a paradise, and we can’t wait to return!

Totally relaxing week with attention to detail in all aspects of our stay. All staff were focused on making our experience as special as possible. We loved the activities, especially coconut painting and the dolphins sunset cruise. Our beach villa was perfect and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff

Had an amazing time at Sirru fen fushi, I said at suit 110 the reception team from the airport was very nice very helpful I couldn't expect better service, then the second reception team at the resort was very helpful and very responsive for requests. The food was fresh and the menus were picked with a culinary diversity, the staff at the restaurants were AMAZING, special thank you to Mostafa at Raha Market that made the dinning experience way better. Unfortunately I had to leave couple a day earlier ( work related) and I have to leave my belongings behind, thank you Valentina for sending my belongings, you been a good host.
