It is a three star hotel with all the necessary amenities, so much so that the hotel is equipped not only with a fantastic restaurant, a pool, a meeting room but also with a wedding hall for meetings and dinners. In addition, its proximity to some of the most important local attractions gives greater value. These are Yeddi Gozel and Lake Nohur. It has a total of 71 rooms, where relaxation is a pleasure being able to choose between standard rooms, superior rooms, junior suites, lux suites and even cottages.

The hotel was is more like a motel than a hotel. Probably the worst hotel i have stayed in till now. We were travelling with kids so it was 4 of us and we got probably their smallest room and the room was stinking and so was the bathroom. The hotel has no lift and our room was on the 4th floor. it was such a task. The rooms had no basic amenities. no kettle for tea/coffee. We requested for our room to be changed and we got it changed to a cottage (which obviously they charged us a bomb for). The room atleast was bigger , but the bathroom was still stinky. As we were 4 of us , we needed some extra blanket, kettle, towels, water. At this ask, the staff gave us looks and looked like they were talking amongst themselves about us and were pretty rude. They don't clean the room , unless the guests asks them for, which we didnt know. So when we came back from our outing in the evening, the room was all messed up and not cleaned. When asked at the reception, the answer i get is , maam you never asked us to clean it. when we got the kettle, it was sooooooo dirty and had some food in it. Had to walk up to the reception to show them the dirty kettle with old maggi left overs in it which was given to us. The bathroom had a shower gel dispenser, but it had nothing in it. IT WAS EMPTY. The breakfast was also very very basic with limited options. The breakfast was supposed to be on till 11 am , but the staff cleared everything up by 10.50am. The TV in the room was not working properly. Basically NOTHING in the room or stay was good. Would request people NOT to go to this hotel. Our worst stay.

A little notice before i start saying what i wanna say about this terrible establishment i tried my hardest to find pros for this anyways let’s begin So this hotel has millions upon millions of cons but ill only choose the important ones and there are very few pros so ill keep it to the end so keep your hopes up Cons: - the staff is very unhelpful , hard to talk and extremely uncooperative - very limited buffet and extremely bad choices like who wants some extra thin fries? -the lights in the room consist of 5 bulbs one table lamp (even if u have two single beds) and one tall lamp - the bathroom plumbing is extremely terrible it leaves and odor after flushing - the carpet of the room is dirty with a bit of darker spots on it - mediocre reception just a two sofas really and a fish tank - alot of the cups and plates are a bit broken I lied there isn’t really that much pros , sorry Pros: -There is a nice and big swimming pool - the entrance is wide open and quick

Average place, I stayed here for 2 days. The room's carpet was very dirty. They didn't provide us toothbrush and toothpaste even after asking for multiple times. There was no kettle in the room. The breakfast menu was same and limited on both days. The restaurant menu is also very limited. Shisha is the only good thing here.

One of the worst experiences we faced, Its a 3rd class motel with ancient furniture and fittings. Unfortunately we reached for Check in after 7 in the evening and its heavily snowing and we have 2 infants who wanted to be comforted at the earliest, that's the only reason we had to adjust to this *****hole. Nothing works here no Hot water in the bathroom, no kettle, no tea coffee, room heater issues. Total crap. Writing this review while staying in this hotel coz that worse experience we are facing now. Seems like a nightmare. Waiting for breakfast tomorrow morning will update the review for the same after that. Booked by our Tour Guide and we were stupid enough to believe the rating in Tripadvisor.
