Civico 79 is a bright and comfortable flat 5 minutes from the centre of Gaeta, arranged on one level with two bedrooms, a living-bedroom, two bathrooms and a kitchen. Civico 79 is a tourist accommodation of approximately 100 square metres of living space and 10 square metres of balconies located on the 3rd floor with lift of a quiet building and can accommodate a maximum of six persons. The flat consists of a large hallway leading to the living room with a double sofa bed and TV and to the kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a large refrigerator with cold water dispenser. Another hallway leads to the sleeping area where we have two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub with shower inside and the other a washing machine. The holiday home has 2 flat screen televisions, internet connection, complete bed linen, towels for each bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The rooms of the house are equipped with radiators for the winter and fans for the hottest days of the summer. The beautiful beach of Serapo just over 1 km away, as well as restaurants and clubs within a few minutes' walk, make for a pleasant and relaxing holiday.
