Kiki Beach Island Resort recensioner

Most of staffs at resort were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, seaview and had unforgettable moments with family .

**Review: Kiki Beach Resort** Traveling from Singapore to Batam was convenient, but the journey from Batam to Kiki Beach Resort proved to be highly inconvenient. We missed the scheduled boat and had to pay an additional 600,000 IDR for a speedboat to reach the island. Upon arrival, the staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. They failed to provide clear information on how to book and schedule activities, which added to our frustration. Moreover, returning from the resort was an extreme problem as getting transportation was nearly impossible. This lack of reliable transport options made the overall experience stressful and disappointing. While the location is beautiful, the logistical issues and lack of service significantly detracted from our stay.

They really kind and a good place for chilling

Location was very far from the city and the boat was was very slow and not clean.The villa was very hot and the aircon was hot at night and I could not sleep the only thing that was good was that there was staff singing and they asked us to join.The breakfast in the morning was not great.The bridge floor was terrible there was holes in it and I tripped on one of them.

Everything is perfect .Because this is an island suggesting if you want to stay at Batam more than 2 days, book this KiKi Island first then book Batam City Hotel .If you just only stay at this island book the return ferry time open ticket .

房間帳篷式的比較温馨，晚上聽着海浪聲很助眠。但是飲用水給太少了，再要喝人民幣10元一瓶購買，廁紙不要是不給的，沒有拖鞋和吹風機 設施：除了房間還行，棧道破舊了點感覺不安全，中間的湖居然不能游泳，建議老闆弄個泳池更實用，海島遊不能下海不能游泳真的有點憋屈。沙灘上沙子還是比較細的，但是長滿雜草和垃圾，住了三天沒有一個人去沙灘散步，全景和宣傳的照片出入太大了，藍天白雲白沙灘，如果有要去的一定要了解好接泊船幾點，不要定位酒店位置因為沒有路可到。（最好預留電話是WhatsApp號碼，酒店會提前一天告知坐船地點和注意事項） 服務：服務人員還算比較熱情，島上衹提供早餐，午飯和晚飯點餐價格還是比較實惠的。除去房費吃飯加按摩另消費才1千多人民幣，按摩推油很舒服，1個小時100塊人民幣。總體相比別的海島旅遊還是很便宜的

Fasilitas terlalu mahal krn utk peroranang dan tidak ada paket pilihan, tidak seperti kepri koral

先要坐1hour車到巴淡島。要坐1.5h汽車，然後要坐特別慢的船1hour才能到。而且一天衹有一趟，不方便

Tempat yg bagus

did our research months beforehand and finally came for a 4D3N stay at the resort with not much expectation, to have a relaxing retreat away from hustle bustle daily norm. Just to chill, soaking up the sun, eat, drink, sleep, repeat! 😁 Thank you once again to all the crew for making our stay comfortable.
