Ett stort bra hotell med bra service.
Underbar utsikt över havet och in mot Chania.
Vi åt bara frukost på hotellet och tyckte den var riktigt bra.
Stor och fin lobby. Rummet helt okej, ljust och fin balkong mot havet om man bokar med det.
Enkelt att ta bussen in till Chania då den går precis nedanför hotellet.
Poolområdet jättebra och stort.
Vi var jätte nöjda med allt.

another fantastic stay. This is our fourth visit to this amazing hotel staff still friendly and hard-working at dinner times and evening meals . The maids cleaning our room friendly and polite. Betty at the annexe adult area was always pleasant and helpful . We had a swim up room wonderful for the fourth time, still couldn’t fault it . viewers are still amazing. Food was good and the drink too . We got back to England on the 20 August. And went to tui on the 21 August. To booked the Holiday again for 15 August 2025 for two weeks in the swim up room again . Hope we get room 2010 see you again next year ❤️

Amazing hotel, staff, view, pool. Great A/C. Truly a Greek pearl. Somewhat hard though for dinner if you are not an all-inclusive guest. But we wanted to eat elsewhere anyway. The infinity pool itself was worth the stay! The hotel is so clean and well kept. You won't regret booking your holiday here!

We had a really lovely stay at Leptos panorama hotel and cannot thank the staff enough for the extra mile lengths they went. Upon arrival they had given us a complimentary upgrade due to being there for a special occasion which made our day ! We made a lot of use of the swim up pool ! During the week a complimentary birthday cake was provided which was so thoughtful. The staff were always polite and kind whether than be the receptionist or cleaners ! Easy access to the beach and chania old town. The views are just amazing and could never get bored. The pool was very gorgeous overlooking the sea and the town. Downside to the hotel is on the last day, there is only one shower in the playroom which is doesn’t have air con, has a dingy smell and does not accommodate for the amount of people within the hotel. We were advised to use the pool bar showers but these have no privacy and are not hot.

Nice hotel with beautiful views. We had fantastic stay, food was delicious, different meat options every day , rabbit was amazing ,special shout out to deserts OMG they were fantastic !! the best I ever had in my all holiday experience. A la carte food was 5* well worth it and it is a must, drinks in all inclusive option were not too bad ,good selection of branded alcohol available like martini ,aperol, camparii etc although guys didn’t like bear it was watered too much. I’m a coffee lover and must say that coffee wasn’t the best which was a shame, there was a coffee maker available by the pool bar but available for paying clients which make me feel certain way. Hotel located in quiet location with 2 shops near by , no pubs , tavernas anywhere for any entertainment you had to go to Chania . Hotel entertainment very disappointing, live music was on one night for about an hour, no live music on weekends in other night there was karaoke which we couldn’t stand it was so so bad that we had to leave and thot was a let down. Overall pleasant stay Fajny hotel, polecam warto odwiedzić , napewno wrócimy ️

Great location. Big well appointed rooms with good beds (not too hard, not too soft). Staff is super service minded. Only downside is there are not enough sun umbrellas making it hard for those who want or need shade. The hotel should ensure that there is an umbrella for every two sun beds. The beach is rocks and slippery cliff. The buffet is really excellent for an All Inclusive.

Was a little nervous as this was our first trip to Crete as an all inclusive holiday, as we normally are bed and breakfast only, and eat out and about everyday. The nerves were fully quelled from our first day to our last. We of course have eaten out but have throughly enjoyed the food and drinks at the hotel. On arrival we were advised of our room location, on the 1st floor with swim up room. It was spacious, well equipped with plenty of storage, kettle, giant comfy bed, and large TV. The icing on the cake was the pool. Although shared with other rooms it felt very relaxing and only 5 steps from room to pool. After a few days the hotel manager Georgia arranged for us to move up to the rooms on the 2nd floor. Again this room was great. The swim up pool here is larger and offers spectacular views across the bay. This 5 star review is not only for the hotel but the amazing staff. We have enjoyed Creatan hospitality for years, but this hotel was next level. The team from the reception, to the restaurant, cleaners, through to the bar have been so pleasant, and seem to genuinely enjoy engaging with guests. Only advice I can give is to purchase water early in your stay. Although it’s an all inclusive, with water readily available, it’s also very hot, you will drink a lot, and the bars close at midnight. Blue wing is every money worth. Good fuud, exelent service and clean rooms. Thank’s for this holiday week! Bus stop is super near and can go to Chania. You can Rent car to Hotel and go to other places. The Hotel shop is nice place shopping Sheets and hat covering sun.
