Located just 30 minutes north of Nashville, we offer the perfect balance of peaceful suburban living and easy access to the vibrant city life. Located in a quiet neighborhood by the lake, our property offer all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of driveway space for boat parking. With a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms, you will feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Sleeper sofa in living room allows property to sleep 6 comfortably. Fiber internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Cable included. Easy access to boat ramps. This is a duplex, so an additional unit can be booked if available. This would sleep a total of 12 guests. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 6 beds if both units rented. We have one ring camera on the front porch facing the front stairs/road.
