It sucks they stole my work boots and didn't even have a camera pointed in the direction of My room and they were rude

MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN!!! I was traveling with my daughter for sports. It was 10:30 at night and we noticed our door didn’t latch, or lock properly. We were able to push the door open from the outside after closing it all the way. Added to this, there were men in the hallway on their phones, right outside our door pacing the hall. They weren’t bothering us, but when traveling with kids, you always have to be aware of your surroundings. We made the front desk aware, and decided to room with another family for the night to ensure a safe room that locked. It was late and we needed to be up early for games. The next day, we didn’t feel safe rooming by ourselves anymore after talking with the workers and their capability of fixing the door, as they had the breakfast attendant come up to fix it, and said “good enough”. They agreed to cancel the rest of our stay but are still charging us for that night. The same night we tested the door to see if it still opened, and it did. We opened it right onto another guest and have a recording of us doing so. This property does not take safety seriously and I’d stay somewhere else!! Especially if staying with children

Rooms are clean and staff is very helpful. This is about 25 min from center of Nashville. We stay here often to visit family. This location is 5min from a Walmart and a variety of eating establishments. Beds are very comfortable, we always sleep well and wake up rested.

First, I always stay here when in Gallatin. It's affordable, clean, and breakfast included, which is probably my favorite part. There are 2 hotels next to this one, a Hampton Inn across the street, and Quality Inn next door. I really like this place, but at the same time, I have to give a fair review. This hotel does not have a pool, but shares the one at Quality Inn. Unfortunately it is also small and right next to the road with no privacy fence. You can walk to several restaurants if you wish. It's quiet until someone closes a door, which is rather loud when they let it shut close, but this happens a lot in hotels. The staff are friendly if you are. Our first room door wouldn't lock, which I had to convince the staff of before they would switch the rooms. I could push the door open. They quickly changed my room once I did the demonstration. They need to clean up the outside, overgrown grass and half a glass door laying in front of the building is not welcoming. Also, the same Mercedes SUV was continually parked beside/ in front of the drop off area, instead of parking in the spaces, which I assume was an employee, which is unprofessional. This could be a great hotel if they would step it up a notch.

For the price the room is great. Beds are comfy. Staff is very friendly. Good location. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Room is updated and bathroom is nice. Complimentary breakfast was good. Kids loved the fish in the lobby aquarium. Nice big tv and quite nights sleep. And did I mention it was a great price compared to hotels in Nashville? Yeah….that’s the best part!

I had damage to my vehicle due to negligence of the property and I reached out several times to the GM to file a complaint but he refused to accept my calls or call me back. When staying there, I was told he would be in later and then was conveniently never there. I called once I had left and they told me he was on vacation. I reached out to choice hotels directly and they told me all they could do was offer me points because no one can make the GM return my calls…over $1,000 in damage that was not my fault…
