Mi novia y yo disfrutamos de una estancia encantadora en Sunset Galle Fort durante nuestra visita a Galle. Desde nuestra llegada, todo el personal nos recibió con energía positiva y sonrisas, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos y cómodos. El hotel ofrece todas las comodidades necesarias para desconectarse del mundo tecnológico y conectar con la naturaleza. Las habitaciones son acogedoras y limpias, y la ubicación en el corazón del Fuerte de Galle nos permitió explorar fácilmente los alrededores históricos y culturales. Agradecemos especialmente al equipo por su atención al preparar mis comidas, considerando mi alergia al sésamo. Su preocupación y las medidas tomadas para garantizar mi seguridad alimentaria nos brindaron tranquilidad y nos permitieron disfrutar plenamente de la gastronomía local. Recomendamos este hotel al 100% para quienes visiten Galle. Gracias, Sunset Galle Fort, por una experiencia inolvidable. ¡Esperamos regresar pronto!

Ik zie het hier verder eigenlijk nergens staan in de reviews dus ik weet niet of wij toevallig een slechte kamer hebben gekregen maar de bedden liggen vreselijk. Je ligt letterlijk op de ijzeren vering. Verder ligt het hotel wel centraal en is het personeel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is prima.

Забронировали номер через ***********. прибыли в отель ко времени заселения. Сначала пытались предоставить номер ниже категории. После выяснения показали номер, в котором мы должны были жить. Но но был грязный, с ужасным запахом внутри и без окна. Точнее окно выходило не на улицу, а в закрытый коридор. В номере нечем было дышать. Не проветривался. Другой номер за ту же стоимость нам отказались давать, хоты был свободным номер той же категории. Попросил заплатить в два раза больше. Сказали, что можем просто уйти, если нас что то не устраивает. Отель скрывает от букинга информацию, что у них часть номеров фактически не имеют окон, выходящих на улицу или во двор. Персонал груб и неотзывчив. Не рекомендую этот отель.
