A beautiful hotel in an ideal location to explore the wonders of Gallipoli. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed and had an expansive sea view. The hotel is in an ideal location, a very short walk across the bridge to the old town. Hotel facilities were first class - Spa, pool, fabulous breakfast and car parking. But best of all were the people- the staff in all areas were efficient, warm and most welcoming.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff very attentive. The room was clean and neat. Cleaning 2 times a day. Complimentary water and coffee. Comfortable bed and a very good AC. Very modern room and everything was automatic and modern. We will definitely be returning. The spa and breakfast also very good. Very nice rooftop pool.

In this hotel they don't know the word «no» Hotel just 4 stars, but service on 5 Gioia , on front deck, can organise everything, special thanks! And very important for vacation, beach. Hotel has agreement with Lido beach, 15 minute by shuttle.

we spent a few special days in this area of Italy that enchants you with clear and warm sea water, cathedrals and museums and an appreciated variety of seafood. I recommend the hotel which is clean, cared for by attentive and kind people. Nico, the man at the reception, the man who solves any problem you have, the man who recommends you the best restaurants, the man who speaks English fluently, kind and always available, is a rarity in the area where less English is spoken

On our recent trip to Italy my wife and I had the good fortune to book a week-long stay at Biancodonda. It was a bit of a last minute decision to go to Puglia and we liked the reviews for Biancodonda and thought we'd give it a try. We are SO GLAD we did! The hotel is practically brand new and our room was lovely. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the old town with on-site parking so it works on a practical level as well. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind. They always gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations, making us hard to get reservations at some popular spots. Also they took a sincere interest in making sure we were able to see as much of the area as we wanted, creating itineraries specific to our interests. The staff expressed a high level of enthusiasm doing everything possible to help us enjoy our stay. I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Biancodonda and look forward to a return visit.

Loved this hotel. Beautiful, clean and friendly staff. Comfortable beds and great location to walk around old and new town. A bit away from main beach clubs and will need to pay for taxi to and from unless you walk 45-60min. Breakfast was very good and finally had excellent cappuccino in a hotel! Rooms are spacious and bright, need fans in the bathroom but otherwise it was perfect

Great hotel, great staff (especially Nico and Adirana) and great location. As soon as we arrived there was someone ready to take our bags and take care of parking our hire car. Nico gave us all the info we needed and a short tour of the hotel and facilities. Very knowledgeable of the area and gave us some great recommendations. The rooftop pool is a great facility that we used on a couple of days. Used the free shuttle bus to a local Lido the hotel is linked to. Nico and Adirana arranged a vineyard tour and tasting for us and didn’t give up trying to contact the vineyard (we asked late on). Ideally located to walk across the bridge to the old town each evening. Would highly recommend
