Hampton Inn Atlantic City/Absecon

The hallway and room carpet was disgusting. Stained. Room was not clean. Didn’t want to take my shoes off. There was only one staff member that was checking people in and trying to take care of people and the hotel was fully booked. He tried but couldn’t handle the groups. Was not his fault. Hotel is in such poor condition, no way would I eat anything that came out of kitchen for breakfast. Really was disgracefu. I have never stayed in a hotel this bad.

The entrance was nice clean, and there were tons of parking spaces. There are 2 elevators, and the staff were professional. It was my first time having free breakfast, and it was good. My tween daughter loved it! The hallway rug could use some updating, but the room was clean, had good AC, clean bathroom. One thumbs down, no regular TV, not sure if we would have been able to add our Firestick or/and if that was even an option.

Just ok Room was ok has holes looks l like possibly from hanging something in wall. Floors in dinning area & furniture dirty Wouldn’t return

Lovely place Peace and quiet, clean, nice breakfast, not far from where we were going to have fun!

Disappointed Stay – Lack of Transparency and Poor Customer Service We were really looking forward to our stay, especially because the hotel advertised a pool—which was a major reason we chose this property. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found out the pool was out of service. At no point before check-in were we informed about this, which felt very misleading. When we asked about a refund due to the pool being unavailable, the staff flat-out refused. There was no apology or effort to make things right. It was extremely frustrating and left a bad impression. If amenities like a pool are important to your stay, I’d recommend confirming directly with the hotel before booking—or better yet, choosing a place that values honest communication and customer satisfaction.

Very clean friendly environment. Love that they have coffee and tea available 24/7 breakfast was very well organised, would stay here again. Enjoy it!!!
