Hotel and staff were awesome. The place was very clean and the breakfast was delicious!

The AC was broken and it was NM in July. It didn't put out cold air and when it ran, it sounded like a train. At 1 am I asked for another room and they couldn't do it. Priceline wouldn't back it up for a refund.

Convenient clean BW experience. Easy parking and access. Bedroom was spacious and bed was lovely and quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were constantly cleaning and replenishing it. In fact the staff were lovely at reception as were the cleaning staff. Gallup is an interesting town. Well worth a visit.

Very typical chain hotel stay. Very clean, and no odors. Beds were clean and extremely comfortable. We only stayed for a little bit of an overnight nap, if you will. Left before breakfast started. Great water pressure in shower and plenty of towels available. Would recommend to anyone passing through.

Firing on all cylinders, with attention to detail make this a 5/5 for me.. Everything in working order: pool, hot tub clean and open for use. Fitness center nicely equipped. Complimentary waters at check-in. Very nice breakfast options, hot and cold. 24/7 Complimentary tea, coffee and water stations. Super clean room, bathroom and air conditioning air quality.

Would not recommend this hotel. It is an old hotel that has been modernized but if you look close, it is still old. The bed near the window was maybe 8 inches from the AC unit and not enough space to walk between. The staff was not friendly. It was in a sketchy area, at least it looked that was at night. But, you are right on the railroad tracks and the freeway plus a dive hotel right out front. Nope, would not recommend.

We stayed here one night. The front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good better than any Best Western Plus I have stayed at. The breakfast selections were very good. Would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are large with comfortable beds. Ours was facing the railroad (with constant cargo trains), but the noise was barely audible. Downstairs is a lively breakfast area, with one of the better chain hotels breakfasts (morning enchiladas!) Location is convenient - the historic El Rancho hotel is a one minute walk and the gas station and convenience store are across the street.

The rooms were spacious & clean. The lady that worked in the breakfast was rude & not polite, she was only saying hi to certain people. I told her have a good day & she said nothing. But the lady that worked today was nice & she acknowledged me....

This is a very locally staffed and operated hotel, which gives it a more personal feeling. I felt very taken care of and the hotel was clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast and felt that our car was safe in the parking lot. I was a bit annoyed about not being able to leave my luggage at the desk - but, to give benefit of doubt, there was a training happening htere and I think the front desk folks wanted to be sure my things would be safe.

The Customer Service Was Excellent. Beds were comfortable. The Price Was Amazing! There was a pool laundry room Workout room. Beautiful Room. Continental Breakfast was the Best Western have seen Across America! We will Highly Recommend This Best Western! It was Decorated for The Holidays.

My experience with the Best Western is always so great! The rooms as clean as can be and the comfort it provides while you’re away from your home is almost the same. The hotel gives you a great variety of channels on a flat screen with a digital clock for time as necessary. Best western will always be my go to hotel when I am in town.

Definitely a pleasant surprise after a long day on the road. The location (right off I-40) was ideal, the building and grounds appeared neat and well kept, the customer rooms (decent fridge and micro) were clean, bathroom had (lots of soaps and shampoo) plenty of towels...and the linens appeared fresh. Most surprisingly, along with an already ample complimentary breakfast, a made-to-order egg omelet was prepared and served by a very pleasant employee! This stop provided an extremely great value to these weary travelers!
