Was happy with my stay. Rooms are on the smaller side. Checkout wasn't great staff attempted to charge me twice for my stay which caused a bit of back and forth between myself and the staff member, glad I kept recipt to show I paid before hand. Breakfast was good, dining area is small so there was a wait for breakfast. Check in went smooth, place is very clean and cleaning staff are very friendly. Beds were very comfortable, rooms are fully kitted out and bathrooms are great and clean.

The food service was a bit hit and miss. Soup with no spoon, waiting for drinks to be told the bottle of wine was not available and neither was the next bottle we picked. Only the dearer wines available. Food was middle of the range. Would stay but eat elsewhere.

Radisson Red is a stylish, comfortable and convenient place to stay in Galway. The roof bar is fabulous and it has a lovely welcoming vibe. Menu is a little limited for dinner, but breakfast was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. No room service at present, but hopefully this will be available when the hotel is more established. Welcoming friendly staff.

Hotel was amazing, room was great and bed was comfy, the food at breakfast was really good, good selection, the location was great, close to city centre, and burger king lol staff are so helpful, will definitely be back, secure car park under the hotel, that was free

The staff were exceptional at the hotel - from booking to check in to check out, they were so friendly and helpful. The staff in the restaurant were also exceptional and hard working, with smiles on their faces. The rooms were very comfortable with great beds and pillows. The room and bathroom was spotless. The parking is underground and a little confusing but the signs were very clear so that you could not get lost. The food was excellent. Well done all at Radisson Red Galway.

I stayed at the Raddison Red by chance twice during the recent Storm (it had electricity when many others didn’t) it has everything you would expect to find in a new hotel, everything sparkles. Aside from that though, the service upon arriving at reception was excellent. To engaging, fun, staff are very helpful and enthusiastic. Dinner the first night was great with good service and good food. The experience on the second night was similar, however the service in the restaurant from waiting 10 minutes to get a table to 45 minutes to ordering the food was very frustrating, for me and many other guests. I’m giving a restaurant the benefit of the doubt, as it seems shortstaffed, would no apparent leadership, however I am putting this down to the impact of the huge storm. I would definitely recommend a Raddison red if you’re visiting Galway.

Fabulous hotel in great location 20 min walk to city. All staff we met were very friendly and very helpful. Decor is excellent throughout. Will definitely stay again 😊

Stayed for 2 nights with my 3 kids due to power cut from storm Éowyn. The hotel was a very welcome refuge from our cold house! Modern and new, lovely reception area to hang out. Rooms comfortable, great beds,sofa bed obviously new so comfortable to sleep on too. Coffee machine, hairdryer etc . Great shower,underfloor heated tiles. Apart from being a new modern hotel the staff have alot to do with our positive experience. They went above and beyond, from reception staff to housekeeping and restaurant staff. Every staff member we met were friendly and polite. Thanks for everything. Will most definitely recommend to family and friends.
