Radisson Red Galway

After a great Saturday brunch, I have to leave my review - Lena’s is a fab restaurant! They offer a delicious range of food and beautiful views of Galway city with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our meal.

I stayed in the radison Red in Galway recently for a weekend away with my friends, the F&B service was fantastic the product was great. The front desk staff were attentive and kind. Self check in was a cool option although I didn’t personally avail. Really nice new property I very much enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is lovely, clean and modern and parking was readily available. Staff were very friendly and check in was quick and easy. The rooms are small but very acceptable however the walls are thin! We were beside the lifts and could hear everyone coming and going, down to being able to hear the detail of their conversations so maybe ask for a room away from the lobby areas. Breakfast was nice, the bars were gorgeous however don’t open late. No residents bar and the latest the bar was open when we’re there was 12am which is earlier than legal closing hours. The location is fine if you don’t mind being a bit out. We walked into the city and it took less than 20mins, a nice downhill walk most of the way. The hotel was really good value for what it is, we’d stay again.

A stunning newly built hotel on the outskirts of Galway City Centre. My room was clean and very modern looking with plenty of space to be able to move around. Added bonus that the large tv had smart apps like YouTube etc. Breakfast was of good quality but wasn’t very hot despite all the hot food items being under hot plates right next to the open kitchen area. The other only negative is that the hotel is a good 30 minute walk from the city centre of Galway so you’re probably better taking the bus in or driving if you have a car with you. Apart from that all was good. Highly recommend

Myself and my sister visited the Radisson Red in Galway for a weekend getaway. We were hoping for comfort mixed with luxury- we were met with this and more!! Although everything about our stay was incredible from the high quality food, the comfort of the beds and the interior of the hotel, one thing worth a special mention is the amazing staff! The team were extremely friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond and couldn’t do more for us!! Our evening in Lena’s rooftop bar was met with divine food (we opted for the steak which was cooked to perfection), attentive and quick service and the most beautiful views of the city! Thank you for an amazing weekend, we’re already planning our next visit !!

Visited the brand new Radisson Red in Galway for the first time with a few friends for an overnight stay & a catchup over dinner and drinks - and it did not disappoint!! We had dinner in Lena’s rooftop restaurant, and the views of the city were so stunning at night! The food was delicious, lots of vegetarian options too. We were so impressed by the staff, from the girl at check-in to the male waiter who served us our dinner, they were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help! The hotel itself was gorgeous, we couldn’t get over the interior - the design, colours & artwork in our bedroom & the reception area, wow! It really has the ‘brand new’ feel about it. Definitely worth a visit, perfect for a girls weekend away. Thank you Radisson Red team, we’ll be back!!
