Very cosy, comfortable country house "Pillo di Sopra", surrounded by trees and fields. 4 km from the centre of Gambassi Terme, 4 km from the centre of Castelfiorentino, 20 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a secluded position. Private: property (fenced), terraced garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 19.Apr. - 09.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 80 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Castelfiorentino" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Nearby attractions: Volterra 30 km, Firenze 40 km, Pisa 60 km, Livorno 70 km.
