The property is well maintained. The staff is helpful. Good place to stay. They need to upgrade the breakfast menu.

Decent hotel. Small rooms. No windows. Most rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Seemed more like an hourly rental hotel. Service was good. They only had breakfast with tea, coffee, cornflakes, bread butter and poha as fixed menu and 1 added dish on a daily basis. Puri bhaji, aaloo paratha, bread pakoda. No lunch or dinner at the restaurant. Only room service that will be sourced from outside. Overall it's ok if you come for a day or so. Not the worth paying so much for this hotel.

My recent stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with courteous staff and efficient service. However, the suite room, which i opted for, did not quite meet my expectations, especially considering the cost. The primary issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom, which fell short of the usual standards one would expect from such a premium option. This aspect was a letdown and did not align with the otherwise commendable facets of the hotel. While the rest of the experience was positive, the suite room, specifically the bathroom's condition, didn't justify the higher price point.

food - tea good
service - extremely poor. Asked for water bottles, provided water in jug. Asked for water again service boy responded there are no extra jugs. So no water was given.

The stay in the hotel middletown was a bad experience. The allotted room was not similar as shown. The quality of room was very bad. Dampness was there on the room's wall.

Location is good in kudasan area. Very much suitable to attend work in collector's office, sro as hotel is ideally located on the main road. Akshardham is also very near. Breakfast is reasonably good. Staff are quite helpful and cooperative. No complaint on amenities or services. Overall very good hotel, nicely maintained, supportive staff and tasty food.

The stay at the hotel was good. First of all with the rooms; everything was clean and well managed, the bathroom was good apart from some plumbing issues but they restored it as soon as we enquired. Nice neighborhood and ac and lights were all in good condition. Secondly pleasant hospitality and room service. Even though the breakfast was a bit blunt.
