I wanted to book this resort, two rooms for the 23rd. I erroneously booked on the 1st of December for a stay for two rooms. The booking was against payment and I paid around for this booking. This was in the morning of the 1st. Realising my mistake, I called up Soma Resort and explained the error. I was told by their executive that they will talk to the hotel and get the refund as it was an erroneous booking. I obviously did not go to Nashik and stayed with Soma Resort. I got a call on the 3rd from stating that the property has cited that this was a non-refundable booking and money cannot be refunded. I am appalled by the greediness of Soma Resort and inability to help me in case of an error in booking. I am writing this in order to let customers of Soma Resort know to be extremely careful while booking as Soma are more than happy to gulp down the money of a customer who has not even stayed at the hotel. I am completely disappointed and appalled by the greediness of Soma Resorts. Despite of my informing Soma of my error within minutes of booking, they did not help me. This is against the basic etiquette of the hospitality industry. I am making the future customers aware. - Regards
