Rooms are really spacious and have hot water available all the time. The only issue is the distance from M.G.Marg. It shows only a little distance on the map, but the whole way is through stairs. Getting down there is easy, but while coming back you need to climb several stairs, almost like 5-6 floors or even more. So, it is a problem for elderly people and those who are disabled.

Location is good close to M G Marg. Staff is very helpful and co-operative. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in gangtok

we did not have electricity for two days straight. we were charged extra and wrongly on our food bill! And we tried calling them multiple times but they did not pick up our calls! We were given candles to spend our nights! even after this we were charged for heater which was not even used!

Location is good. Near to MG marg, but you have to climb down through lot of stairs to get through. Services is good. Food quality is ok ok type.

Average hotel. Location is near to mg marg but you have to climb stairs to go through. which is very hard for senior citizens. No exhaust in bathroom. we had taken royal suite. Staffs are polite and helpful. overall if ur budget is tight then this is good. Food quality is average. we have tasted veg chowmin.

Room service is not good and also dirty water from geyser with bucket full after 1 hour. Nobody lifting call in the reception i don’t know what is the use of keeping telephone. No charging points with feasibility and tv is also not working.

The hotel location is very good. 3min walk to mg marg. View from my room was great. Kanchenjunga can be seen on a clear sky. But the rooms need a major renovation. Service quality is mediocre. The rooms costed me 2. 8k per night but the rooms are worth 1. 5k at most.
