all good , yummy and tasty food , educated staff , good lication , good behaviour with staff , Location of the property is slightly far from the city but location is beautiful as it is nearby Badi Lake. Further, green ambience of the property is main attraction of the property as well as interior of tent room is fantastic and spacious. The property has less number of rooms due to which room service and restaurant as well as bar facility has not been installed. Hence, the guest has to explore outside food joint for their food requirement. So management should develop some more room ***** with restaurant and if possible, bar also.

We were 4 members in the group. It was a very pleasant stay there for 2 days. Near to Tadong School and MG Marg taxi easily available 24X7 with nominal cost of 40/- per person. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. We had dinner in MG Marg at OSM Restaurant which is very good. Highly recommend

Recently visited Gangtok with my family and we have choose Hotel The Regal for our stay. We had a wonderful experience, the room is neat and clean, food served hit and tasty. Reception person are very friendly. Restaurant Ms. Pooja is very good and cooperative. Next time whenever we come to Gangtok we will stay at The Regal only.

We have visited Hotel Regal in the month of December. Good hotel with good hospitality, very easily accessible as hotel is situated in National Highway. Budget friendly rooms and good food. Manager Mr. Pravin Rai very good person. Highly recommend hotel for Gangtok stay.

Good location for exploring. Room was spacious and lovely decor. Free tea and coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Room was cleaned daily. Staff were friendly,I loved this hotel. very clean, modern, beautifully decorated.thank you so much for giving best hospitality 🙏Best

We can't go anywhere else after staying in The Regal hotel. Wonderful place to stay, excellent service, tasty food, nice rooms and views from the room itself. They also have roof top sit out "The Deck" in which you can go sit and order. The mesmerizing view from the roof top is awesome. We highly recommend this hotel.

We group of 6 friends visited Gangtok, once surfing on net found thus hotel decent and we gone there to check it once by our own. At the reception we get a warm welcome which we really like. We stayed there and the staff were very good and well mannered. For sightseeing we get touch with the manager Mr. Praveen, who is down to earth person. He arranged us vehicle at nominal cost with friendly nature driver. Will recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you entire team of Regal Hotel.

Location is good and convenient for travellers to reach and for visiting all around the city. Stay was good. General cleanliness is good. Staff are cordial and doing their duties dedicatedly. Few suggestions : all the amenities as mentioned should be kept ready and made available in advance before the guests need to ask for. Intercom, tv should be checked and made functional everytime. Hope the points as mentioned would be taken care into for providing better service to the customers. Thank you.

Very clean and comfortable. All staff behavior are very polite and impressive. Overall it was very good. It is save for family. Children's were enjoyed. Clean bathroom and good for morning view. Breakfast is also very good and price of all items are reasonable.

Outstanding hospitality. Homely environment. Polite behaviour of employees. Nice view from windows. Restaurant facility is nice. Cleanliness is excellent. You will get the value for your money spent. The location of the hotel is also at a convenient one.

Very well accomodation and the behaviour of the staff are very good. We are very happy to stay here. The hotel arrange our whole tour plan and provide us the best service. The food of the hotel is very good but little bit costly. The hotel rooms are near and clean. There is also lift facility in the hotel.
