Ginger Gangtok

I visited Ginger Hotel Gangtok for a short leisure trip and had a really comfortable stay. The hotel is in a peaceful location with clean rooms and friendly staff – a perfect spot to unwind while exploring Gangtok. One of the unexpected highlights of my trip came in the evening when I ordered a Mocha Latte at the hotel’s restaurant. It was prepared by Himal, who works as both a barista and bar staff. The coffee was genuinely amazing – rich, smooth, and beautifully balanced between espresso and chocolate. What surprised me even more was the price – just ₹105 for a cup that could easily rival coffee from big-name cafés like Starbucks. Himal’s attention to detail, presentation, and passion for making a great cup really stood out. If you're staying at Ginger Gangtok, definitely try the coffee. Himal’s Mocha Latte was one of those simple but memorable moments that made my trip extra special.

My trip with family was made memorable and so comfortable at ginger hotel by all the staff and travel desk. Special thanks to all the staff at the reception for giving us wonderful rooms , staff at the restaurant for us giving good food and Norbu for managing our travel so well . Overall we are very happy and have fond memories ..

The hotel is best for families, it had a nice view point, with full neatness., its food is very nice, with proper safety and security, its management is also very nice, the bed and the cusions are also comfortable affordable with extra bed provided on demand.

Before I share my feedback. I would like to say a Big Thankful to Mr Tenzing Norbu for the great hospitality and assistance. Overall I had a great stay at Ginger. Some key highlights - Great Location, Food tasted very good. For any Travel Assistance reach out to Mr Tenzing, a great guide and a great person. Would help you in local sightseeing, permits, and north and east Sikkim tours as well. Most of the rooms have great valley view. Also for Bikers and Riders they have a secured parking and 24/7 check-in process. They had power back facility as well. I would revisit the property again and reach out or my go to *** Mr Tenzing. Also, a big shout out to Mr Pravin Biswakarma for the help and Looking forward to meet these great people at this beautiful location in Ginger Gangtok.

Good hotel for stay. Food is good and service is also good. View from the hotel is good. Staff behaviour is good and courteous. Rooms are clean and well maintained. You can choose for stay in Gangtok. Hotel is away from main market but good option for stay.

Ginger Hotel experience was very good Well maintained new property. Courteous staff with quick service. Food was nice. It is situated away from the congested part of the city so once you are here, it is easier to start to north sikkim or nathula tsongo lake. Special mention to Travel desk head Mr Norbu who arranged a seamless itinerary for travel both within Gangtok and North Sikkim. Would highly recommend this hotel
