Worst Experience Ever – Avoid This Place! My stay at this hotel was a complete nightmare. There was no proper service from the staff – they were either unavailable or simply didn't care. No food was available at all, and there’s no canteen or restaurant nearby. On top of that, no hot water in the bathrooms – even after multiple complaints, nothing was done. What’s worse, I believe most of the 5-star reviews on Google are fake, probably written by their own staff to mislead customers. Please don’t fall for the fake hype. Save your money and peace of mind – look elsewhere.

The owner was very polite and helpful...even the rooms are very neat and clean..and the food was very tasty with a decent price...

I just remember this name for the best hotel in Gangtok. I have stay for a few days at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Gangtok. Will be back to this place soon..!!! Not to mention Priyanka who is very sweet and helping throughout our trip making sure all the things taken care as per the plan, I really appreciate her.

Temi house is very good property, in budget. Rooms on 2 nd floor were very spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful. Mr Biswa and his team were always there for any help and ready to solve any problem. Location is away from the market, but for budget friendly hotels it's worth.

Well maintained rooms. Location is far off from MG Road, so every time need to find local taxi to travel to town. Breakfast was great with lot of options. Staff behavior is awesome, very polite and gentle. Special mention to Mr Biswa. He was very helpful and always smiling. He made sure we had perfect stay at Gangtok. Thanks to entire staff.
