Most wrist property next time please don't ref-fer any one, most 3rd class property, bed sheet room service everything bad

There room service not responding well, after repeatedly remind but no response, order something & send something overall very poor service.

Service and condition of room is pathetic. Plugs were not working, unhygienic bathrooms.

Property location is awesome, exactly in mg marg market and rest of the things are not upto the mark

Poor bed and towel, no heater electric kettle/soap/shampoo, room service phone and tv were disconnected

• Pros: Staff: The hotel staff provided excellent service. Location: The hotel is situated in an excellent location. • Cons: Cleanliness: The floor was not clean. Facilities: Multiple facilities such as the flush, intercom, and geyser were not functioning properly. Room Amenities: The TV was not working, and there was a broken toilet seat. During my recent stay at this hotel, I found several areas that need immediate attention. Starting with the basics, the cleanliness of the room was below par, especially the floor which seemed neglected. Additionally, essential facilities like the flush and geyser were malfunctioning, causing inconvenience during our stay. The intercom system also seemed to be out of order. To add to the list of disappointments, the room's television was not operational, which was quite disappointing for someone looking forward to some relaxation after a long day. Furthermore, discovering a broken toilet seat in the bathroom was not only unsettling but also posed safety concerns. However, it's essential to note that despite these setbacks, the staff at the hotel was commendable. Their courteous behavior and promptness in addressing some of our concerns did make our stay a tad bit better. Furthermore, the hotel's location is undoubtedly a strong point, making it accessible to various attractions and amenities. In conclusion, while the hotel boasts an excellent location and commendable staff, there's a pressing need to improve its overall cleanliness and ensure that all facilities are in working condition to provide guests with a comfortable experience.
