We stayed for 3 nights with family and 4 kids. They provided top notch customer service and excellent time. We loved our stay and would definitely come back , highly recommended. Whenever we needed anything they make it happen straight away without much wait. With kids they were very accommodating and understanding. Thank you for providing such an excellent service service.

It was a nice experience. The breakfast was good. The room service was quick and the staff members were very friendly. The hotel is also not too far from the MG Mart and other famous tourist sites in Gangtok. The room was clean and had all the other necessary items.

The Hotel is good nice view from Balcony. We had good hospitality from the staff Swapna, Beybika, Bhomika and sukman every one was so friendly. We loved the experience. I would recommend this if you want to have a nice experience and the food was amazing.

It's an excellent experience staying at Royal Orchid Spa , Gangtok. Staff at reception counter are courteous and brisk. Housekeeping staff are too good. Very fast in service infact they take an extra leg to help. Restaurant staff are also amazing and helping. BF n Dinner Spread not very wide range but suits tourists needs aptly. All smiling faces pleasing manners. Special thanks to Hemsang ji for fantastic n unmatching assistance and coordination.

Room Amenities are excellent, Rooms are very neat and clean with all facilities. Food Quality was beyond expectations. Good Staff services specially by Manager Mr. Tarak Pradhan & Shrijana, Sapna, Beybika, Bhomika, Nirmal, Pritam,Sagar and sukman.

Very nice room services and very good staff.. Room also need and clean. A bit far from M. G market but it's a amazing place. Natural view from all rooms with parking. All staff are good behavior.. Thanks for hotel receptionist ms Nirmala rai..
