The Z Retreat & Spa Gangtok !! Prime Location !! Mountain View Rooms !! Swimming Pool !! Gym !! Bar

The hotel and the behaviour of their staff is not acceptable at all. I realised the actual meaning of staying in a hotel when we left for Darjeeling and stayed in a Hotel, the actual concept and behaviour and hospitality of the staff is horrendous and we demand a refund . We were been told that the rooms are clean and there is buffet breakfast and dinner, but unfortunately we didn't receive anything as that sort. We had booked 2 rooms and our dinner and breakfast was already paid, but still they asked for extra charges for dishes we asked to prepare. That too it was only Momo's we asked for. 1st of all no buffet concept , saying its an off season, if so why do you accommodate people and and give them a pathetic service. The Manager Mr. SUJITH is a bigtime liar. Promised us alot of things but didn't give us anything. It was honestly a waste of time and money at this hotel. The staff are not professional at all and merely are student's of 12th or 10th grade. This behaviour and this kind of services are not acceptable at all. The staff does not understand anything we ask for .. if there's no buffet it's okay, but atleast provide us with basic food like milk n hot tea. The rooms , the bedsheets and the towels are not clean at all. Kindly carry your own thing's from your house if visiting this hotel.

This hotel is amazing and the staff is very courteous and friendly and they always smiling. The food is delicious and they have a great variety of dishes.Ankit n samikisha did an outstanding service for us to be remembered. Overall everything is very good and the rooms r spectacular view . Only one thing is the need to install oil heaters in the hotel as it was very cold .

We stayed for 2 nights, honestly great hotel. Charming location with swimming pool, gym and gamings.. Very helpful staffs, made our stay cozy and very comfortable. I recommend everyone to check this hotel. Thanks to ''The Z Retreat & Spa''

View from the room was awesome! Service was good. Food was great. Nice experience! Pool and park was there. You can book a cab/taxi from the Hotel. Must visit to Baba Harbhajan Mandir, Tsangu Lake, Ganesh Tok Must visit this Hotel. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We stayed at The Z Retreat & Spa for 2 nights and we had a wonderful stay there. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of city life, offering a calm and quiet environment. The room was quite spacious, neat and comfy. We had the room decoration done and it was decorated very nicely. The food there was also good. We had the candlelight dinner and the food & drinks were really good. The food is pocket-friendly. The staff there was very courteous and helpful; they answered all your questions promptly and made sure you felt supported. The Z Retreat is a good choice of hotel to stay in if you are planning to visit Gangtok as a couple or with a family. Thank you.
