Staff is friendly and they help you for nathula, lachen lachung etc. Food quality is good too. I had a great time

Location of the hotel is good and view also but the major red flag is that there is no elevator, though the staff help you to carry your luggage, older people should prefer lower floors. Food is ok not bad but they just provide too much food in quantity. Room is neat and tidy, hot water was available all time. Price is extremely reasonably good

I’ve stayed here before also and the hotel is at such a reasonable price with very good service one cons is that it’s a bit far from the main town and you have to travel a little bit more from the main road but you would not regret staying here !

Had a terrible experience! I booked for two days, and the front desk—especially , I believe—was extremely rude. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.
Definitely not worth the money. I’d recommend avoiding this hotel, as it will only lead to a disappointing stay. Also, I’m not sure, but it seems like some of the reviews might be manipulated or posted by their own staff/family.

The hotel is 30 minutes distance of mg marg but there services are good. Food quality and Staff behavior is good.

Good experience beautiful view this hotel. "The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions."

The hotel and its services were below average. The hotel was under construction and not clean. No food available. Uneducated and not helpful. We called the staff of the hotel for the exact location of the hotel and they were unaware of the location and we reached the hotel with the help of localite. The room had open electrical outlet which was risky.
