Bed size was very small

Clean hotel,room service is exceptional , breakfast has multiple items, staff behaviour is up to the mark,hot water and cold water dispenser is available in room with enough water.good condition geyser is also available.The hotel is located at a very beautiful location near the stadium. you can enjoy beautiful vally view.All over it is the property returns excellent value of money.

This is a heritage hotel dating from the time when Sikkim was a independent country(before !975 when they joined India) and was called Himalayan heights. IT was taken over by the Jewel group. The location overloks the PAljor FGootball stadium so you can see the Sikkim football players practicing i nthe morning. However there is no lift as it is under modification.. The breakfast was good. The heater also worked.

very very very nice stay.
when i reach this hotel first they welcome us with hot tea/coffee/cold drink,after that hopitality was extremlly very nice.the boy shipra and the girl is very kind and welcoming.must stay,bina kisi tenson ke jao aur mast view lo palzor ground ki with velly and with hilly view.bahot miss kar raha hu main jewel himalayan hotel ko as well gangtok ko.

Our stay was comfortable. The room had all the essentials that were mentioned during the booking. The room was clean and comfortable. The view of palzor stadium and the mighty kanchenjunga from the balcony was beautiful. The location is perfect, just 15 minutes from mg marg. I would definitely recommend people to stay here.

The beauty of this property is that the owner of this hotel Mr Ritesh Ji personally taking care of us. He is very nice and managing well. Chef Bikas makes food very tasty & delicious. All staffs are very good and cooperative. The biggest advantage of this hotel is …. You can see Kanchenjunga Mountain from the balcony view. My staying was awesome.
