I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious simple, fresh, and full of flavor. Every meal was a delight, and the quality of ingredients truly stood out. A big thank you to Chef Rahul for preparing such amazing dishes! The service was equally impressive. The staff was warm, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Special mention to Sneha, Diki, and Asim for their exceptional hospitality as they made my stay even more enjoyable with their attentive and courteous approach. Overall, a fantastic experience with great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Staffs are not responsive 1) I booked Valley View room and paid extra for that even I booked direct through Summit Office although front office manager denied to give the room as he gave excuse all rooms are full no vacancy when I mentioned to higher officials of Summit then the gave me two room only in upper deck while I had three Rooms again I called several times for T.V. assistance no body came after even 1 HR today again we left hotel at 9 am for sight seen they haven’t made my room till 8pm Breakfast menu is very minimal Don’t indulge in any view room Linen quality is also not up to mark Earlier I stayed in 2010 in Summit Norling and Golden Cresent Duplex and also stayed in Rishikesh Property it was outstanding that time. It is very far from Mall Road and they take Rs300 for Dropping for 4 person and don’t book CAB from here eg. they asked 8000/ for Namchi Visit and we went in only Rs4500. Geyser is very small if one person baths another has to wait for his turn for bath.

I had a very good stay, The hospitality was awesome. Specially from the restaurant by Sneha, Diki and Susmita as I wanted the food without Onion and Garlic and they made sure to get it arranged for me. All of them are very sweet, polite and always smiling.

We had stay at Summit Alpine Abode a couple of days ago..The hotel ambiance is amazing and the hospitality of the staff is outstanding…Room is cozy and neat and clean and comfortable too… The atmosphere of the hotel is like my own home and staff was very friendly and available in every door step… Food here is absolutely delicious and we had enjoyed at the time of dinner.The food quality is great and had unique taste..Hands down some of the food I’ve ordered…

As soon as we reached the hotel, our first reaction was "Wow". The ambience, hospitality, rooms, food and everything else that I expected was just perfect. The valley view from our deluxe room was lovely. Special thanks to Sneha, Susmita and Diki from the restaurant for enhancing our dine-in experience. Pooja and Salina made sure that our room is well maintained throughout our stay. The christmas decoration in the hotel added to the holiday vibe. I would definitely love to come back and recommend the hotel to others. Lots of love ❤️

A Memorable Stay at Summit Alpine Abode hotel Our recent stay at Summit Alpine Abode was truly delightful. The hotel's serene atmosphere, coupled with exceptional service, made our trip unforgettable. The staff, especially front office Team,Restuarant team and housekeeping team Ms. Bindhya, Pooja, Sanila, Rinchen, and Kshitij, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, providing a cozy and relaxing environment. The room surveys were conducted promptly and efficiently, addressing any concerns we had. The food at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of flavors to satisfy every palate. Overall, our stay at Summit Alpine Abode was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gangtok.
