Subject: Avoid Hotel Royal Tara in Gangtok – Worst Experience Ever I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Tara in Gangtok, and it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this place to anyone due to the following reasons: 1. Unprofessional and Rude Staff: • The staff were incredibly rude and uncooperative. • They were constantly arguing among themselves, which created a very unpleasant atmosphere. • Requests were never fulfilled on time. Whenever I asked for something, I was told, “Just give me two minutes,” but it would take hours, or sometimes the entire day, without any resolution. 2. Poor Service: • The service was completely dysfunctional. Simple requests were either ignored or delayed to the point of frustration. • The staff at the reception desk were unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality skills, making the entire experience even worse. 3. Inconvenient Location: • The hotel is located far from the main town, making it very inconvenient for guests. • Transportation to and from the hotel was not only difficult to arrange but also expensive, adding unnecessary stress to the trip. Conclusion: This hotel is a complete waste of money and time. My stay was filled with delays, poor service, and an overall lack of professionalism. I strongly urge others to avoid Hotel Royal Tara in Gangtok. You’ll save yourself a lot of trouble by choosing a better alternative.
