Hi! the hotel did not accept my booking. They said they have not received any confirmation or payment. I had to pay and arrange for alternate accommodation. Please refund my booking amount. I have already filed my complaint.

Werst Behaviour Of hotel staff... Service even more worse... Just want full money once at a time... Then after that you get service or not.. no one worry there .. ... After Taking whole money sometimes they also threaten you to be silent and just be happy what service you are getting..

The stay was totally horrible in the hotel which was provided by makemytrip i did the booking in another hotel but i got the alternate property of that the rooms were stinking the washroom was totally dirty it was a third quality and cheap hotel please don't decrease your quality
