Absolutely faultless. The hotel is perfectly situated with a path directly opposite the entrance to the lakeside. It is also only 5 minutes from the bus station which has transport across the region including as far as Verona. The staff are professional and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely restaurant and plentiful breakfast buffet. The lounge bar offers food and drink also alongside occasional evening entertainment. Fabulous pool area and covered terrace seating for hot days. The bedroom, with balcony view to the lake, was immaculate ... indeed this must be one of the cleanest, most spotless hotels I have ever stayed in. We shall without question be booking here again. An absolute gem

Lovely family run hotel in a great location. The hotel was spotlessly clean & food was excellent. Couldn't fault anything. All the staff including the cleaners were all so friendly & helpful. We would definitely stay again & would recommend to our family & friends. Thank you Hotel Bisesti.

Much better than the average 3* hotel. Rooms lovely and big and modern; bathrooms well equipped and very clean. Good breakfast, nice bar and pool areas. Would definitely Italy stay here again.

Hotel is a 2 minute walk to the lake. Good location for shops, bars and restaurants etc. Very helpful staff

Lovely hotel in a great location. The hotel was spotless clean in all aspects. We had a comfort room, 215, with a good balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was a buffet with an excellent choice of food. The dinner menu was given at breakfast so we could choose our evening meal. The food was interesting and we'll cooked.

Beautiful, very clean, bedrooms kept very clean and fresh, (thank you Barbara) a very well maintained hotel. Grounds lovely. So close to bus station, the lake and ferry terminal. The choice of food was mind blowing, so much to choose from. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Great to have a free room to leave luggage in if your fight is later in day. Kept locked, with a staff member accompanying you until you leave, which makes it feel safer. We had 2 nights with entertainment which we didn’t expect. Nothing to complain about at all. Would love to visit again as soon as possible.

Location. 5, its location is perfect 2 mins walk across to the promenade on the bay. Rooms. We had a basic room with balcony and with a slight lake view. Room was comfortable and clean, and housekeeping was perfect and very helpful and always polite and spoke.Basic twin bedded room, with separate bathroom with shower. Bars. 4. Some comfortable seating areas both inside and outside and bar service was very responsive and not expensive. Pool 3, outdoor pool, unheated and quite chilly although very well maintained and tidy. Bar service to the pool was also available. Food 2. breakfast (3). Wide choice of continental breakfast with cheeses, pastries, scrambled egg and bacon, fresh fruit, teas and coffees. Half Board, we were able to swap our evening course a la carte meal for a single course lunchtime choice. (Pizzas, very good. pasta, hamburger). Evening meal (2). The temperature of the hot food was the main issue with some of the main courses being delivered only just warm, even after contacting the Customer services, which advised it would improve, but sadly didn’t meet our expectations. Mealtimes were advertised as lunch 1230-1400, however when we tried to book lunch for 1315 one day we were told that it would have to be 1300 as the kitchen closes early, the same happened on another evening, we were told if we needed to eat after 8pm, we needed to advise, which we did, but then on arrival was told off for being late, as 745pm is the latest to arrive for an evening meal as the restaurant closes at 830pm. We did over the week manage to get staff to make the hot drinks hot, but this was after many requests, it seems that they don’t like to make them too hot. One lunchtIme one of our party received their lasagne almost totally cold, and another was warm one side and not the other, this is quite a concern. If the food temperatures had been better then I would have managed to get to a rating of 3.

Reception staff are caring, friendly, helpful and speak fluent English. Room and toilet very clean with plenty of storage space. Our balcony was sited above the pool area and was a comfortable spot for wine sipping whilst watching the sun set. The restaurant is spacious and food is excellent. The buffet breakfast choice is amazing. The restaurant staff are efficient and friendlyl. All in all a perfect place to stay when visiting Garda.

We had 5 rooms booked for a 60th birthday, the hotel assisted us in getting a transfer to/from railway station/airport. The reception staff were always welcoming including the night reception staff. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Pool area very clean. I assume we were in the older part of the hotel for our rooms but they were absolutely fine, traditional furniture and very clean. Our room didn't have a balcony or view but within 2 minutes walk you are looking at the stunning lake. The hotel also acknowledged my husbands birthday with a gift. We definitely recommend it as cannot find anything negative to say
