房間隔了半截牆放張寫字枱就叫套房，我們忘記帶牙刷和酒店溝通盡然回覆不提供牙刷，性價比不高，沒有湖景，沖涼房下水堵塞沖多一會水就會滿到外面了，而且我們的退房時間是早上10點，很不合理。我們的女兒來酒店看望我們被攔住不讓進門，説酒店規定外人不讓進。荒唐之極！停車場車位沒幾個位而且非常糟糕沒有相當車技的人是非常難停進去的，前台説他們自己的老闆開車在這裏一年也刮三次 ，難以接受這樣的酒店配套和服務管理也能賣到近2600元/晚！

We have just got home from a weeks stay in this beautiful hotel and would highly recommend it. Location: Perfect. 5 minutes to the bus station and the same to the lake front and ferry port. Rooms: We were in room 210 at the front of the hotel 2 single beds pushed together, lots of storage, TV, small fridge and free safe. The bathrooms are exceptional You also get a bag with 2 pool towels and you are supplied with slippers and robes. The balcony’s have comfortable deck chairs Pool and bar. Up on the 4th floor with amazing views and the sun beds have attached canopies to keep the sun off your head if you want to. Meals and drinks no more expensive than down at the lake side. We enjoyed a singer on Monday night. Meals. Nothing to complain about. Great choice at breakfast and you pre choose your 3 course evening meals at breakfast. All were cooked well and the starter portions in particular are large if you choose a pasta one. Staff. The whole staff team are what makes this hotel and deserve absolute credit. Every single member was pleasant and helpful from the daily house keeper to the staff on reception, pool bar and restaurant. Special thanks to Marian and his team who work so hard at meal times. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone Grazie to you all.

Hotel very clean room facilities good. Door to balcony very difficult to open should be sliding patio. View not good to derelict building opposite. Lovely roof top pool and bar.
